Though the actress, 44, is 'supportive' of the Cry Me a River singer, 45, a source close to her told People she is 'disappointed.'

In the footage — which the hitmaker had tried to keep from public view — he was seen stumbling through sobriety tests, complaining about being treated like 'a criminal,' and later while handcuffed at the police station.

The footage 'obviously doesn't portray him in the best light' the source said. 

Biel is 'not happy about the renewed attention,' the insider explained, adding that 'there’s a reason they pushed back on the footage being released,' as she finds the incident 'stressful' and 'would prefer to move past it.' 

The Illusionist star is 'not afraid to express when she's disappointed in certain decisions. This was one of those moments.'

Following a number of 'challenging moments', Biel is 'focused on moving forward' and is 'happiest when she's able to focus on family life' as well as her work.

Timberlake subsequently made a statement condemning drunken driving after he .

'I try to hold myself to a very high standard, for myself, and this was not that,' Timberlake told reporters outside of the court. 'Even if you’ve had one drink, don’t get behind the wheel of a car - there’s so many alternatives.'

Some of those alternatives, Timberlake said, included contacting a friend; hailing a taxi cab; or taking 'travel apps' such as Uber.

He wrapped up saying, 'This is a mistake that I made, but I'm hoping that whoever is watching and listening right now can learn from this mistake. I know that I certainly have.'
