She has spent over £1million on more than 100 operations over 21 years.

And Jessica Alves, 40, who claimed she is done with surgery last month, has now undergone a vampire facelift in Istanbul.

The non-surgical anti-aging treatment made famous by Kim Kardashian is said to plump and rejuvenate the skin by injecting the patients’ own blood into their face.

A vampire facelift, also known as vampire ‘facials’, is said to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, plump sagging skin and improve skin tone.

Blood is usually taken from the arm and separated into ‘youth-boosting’ platelet-rich plasma, which is then applied to facial skin that has been pricked with microneedles.

Jessica flew to Istanbul to see Docotr Orman at Trio Clinic, where she had the procedure.

She told MailOnline: ‘I have had a Vampire facelift with amazing results.

‘I have now finished with Plastic surgery but now, a few weeks before turning 41, I felt the need to have this amazing effective anti age procedure by Doctor Orman at Trio Clinic.’

In a video, Jessica shared an inside look at what the treatment involves and said: ‘Today I am having an anti-aging treatment, he is going to extract my own blood that will help with the treatment.

My blood will be put into the machine alongside all the products like we need hylaronic acid and that will rotate in a very high speed and then after the doctor will extract the vitamins and nutrients that my skin needs.

‘That will be then injected into my face. How amazing is that.’

In June, Jessica said she is ‘finally happy with herself’, admitting she is done with plastic surgery.

Speaking about her transition, she said: ‘In the past I have felt like a dog trying to bite its own tail to the point where I reached a point where I thought I don’t need anything else.

‘I am at the end of my surgeries. I have had everything under the sun there is nothing else for me to do.

‘I am 40 now and I just want to live my life and be inspirational and help others to learn from my experiences’.

However there is one last thing she is hoping to have done, as she revealed she would like one more surgery on her vocal cords.

Jessica explained: ‘I had a vocal cord surgery four years ago, and I would like to get another one but it is a functional surgery not beauty.’

She added: ‘I don’t really like my voice very much. I always turn down radio appearances as I hate hearing myself.’
