Jessica Alba's Surprising Statement on Estranged Husband Cash Warren Amid Split

Jessica Alba paid a surprise Father’s Day tribute to her estranged husband on Sunday.

The actress, 44, who looked miserable when joining Cash Warren, 46, at their daughter’s middle school graduation, praised him as a loving dad in a throwback photo in her Instagram Stories.

‘Happy Father’s Day @cash_warren she wrote, on a snap in which the In the Blood producer was holding their son Hayes, seven, as an infant, with delighted daughters Honor, 17, and Haven, 13, looking on.

‘Our babies couldn’t have a better dad – warm, kind. Present. Always knowing just what to say. I admire your patience and the way you hold space for them.’

She honored the 30 for 30 executive producer for ‘ Making them feel safe and light after every conversation. Thank you for being their rock.’

Alba also share throwback photos with her own dad Mark, thanking him for his love and support.

Sharing a photo of her dad holding her as an infant, she said, ‘Your constant support through every chapter has meant everything to me.’

Sharing a sweet family photo that included her mom, Cathy, and brother Joshua, she continued.

‘From the very start, you and mom were the ones who truly encouraged me to be independent – and that gift has shaped so much of who I am. I’m forever grateful.’

A final photo of the two sitting in a golf cart with her dad at the wheel, the Trigger Warning star penned, ‘I love you so much.’

The mentioning all of his grandchildren, she concluded, ‘And I love watching you be the most fun, silly and joyful Papa to Honor, Haven, Hayesie, Carter and Brooklynn.’

She also shared a photo of her late grandfather, who passed away in 2021.

‘My sweet grampers – thinking of you’ she wrote, sharing a photo of her dad and his father.

The actress also remembered her late grandfather who died in 2021

Alba also honored her father-in-law.

‘Your grandbabies are lucky to have you in their corner, and I’m grateful for the example you’ve set for Cash – fathering with compassion heart, humor and kindness. Wishing you a blessed Father’s Day.’

The Honest Company co-founder also honored her father-in-law, Michael Warren, for being a good father and grandfather

Alba and Warren announced their separation in January after 16 years of marriage.

‘I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals,’ Alba said in a statement.

‘We are moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family,’ she continued. adding, ‘Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time.’

The L.A.’s Finest star filed for divorce in February, citing ‘irreconcilable differences.’
