She has flaunted her jaw-dropping body most of her career, flaunting her curves in 2003's Honey, Dark Angel in 2000, as well as her 2005 film Into The Blue.
Yet her secret to staying fit and healthy isn't as strict as it seems.
Instead of following an extreme workout regime, Jessica follows nutritionist Kelly LeVeque's Fab Four Diet - Body Love: Live in Balance, Weigh What You Want, and Free Yourself from Food Drama Forever.
It consists of eating anything as long as the meal contains a balance of four food types: protein, fat, fiber and vegetables.
The idea behind the method helps to elongate your blood sugar curve and therefore reduce that anxiety-inducing and an urgent sense of hunger.

After Kelly examined Jessica's day to day eating, she noticed the actress would often skip breakfast.
Instead of skipping an important meal of the day, she advised Jessica to start her day with a power-packed smoothie made with a handful of greens, banana, chia seeds, almond milk and almond butter.

She often eats plant-based meals four days a week, avoiding processed foods and dairy and enjoys nutrient-dense foods while allowing flexibility on weekends - like indulging on a huge bowl of pasta.
Jessica, who celebrated her 45th birthday on Tuesday, attempts to workout every day to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
She shares her workout regimes on Instagram, often enjoying an Alo Pilates class in a stylish gym set or a long walk outside in the fresh air.
'I’m not going to lie. Working out sucks. Which is why I love taking classes, because I’m surrounded by other people and that keeps me motivated and accountable'. she told Shape in 2015.
'I've figured out now certain things that I like to do and it's actually become kind of a stress reliever', she added.

And while she understands this isn't often doable for most, Jessica recommends exercising at least two or three times a week to boost endorphins.
'If you can just do it two or three times a week, a little bit of exercise whether it’s yoga or going for a walk or cycling class or something...go for it', she told E! News.
Jessica has expressed her love for hot yoga on multiple occasions. 'A couple times a week, I wake up at 5:15 for hot yoga class. I need a really good alarm and a strong coffee', she said.
She credits her breakout role in Dark Angel for igniting her passion for fitness.
'I attribute my athletic body to the martial arts, gymnastics, dance, and strength training I did while filming Dark Angel', she shared. 'That’s made me strong and really set the bar'.

Jesica previously spoke out about her issues with body image as she admitted during her early days working in the movie industry she was urged by her family to hide her body from men.
'I was meant to feel ashamed if I tempted men. Then I stopped eating a lot when I became an actress. I made myself look more like a boy so I wouldn't get as much attention,' said the star at the Goop health summit in Los Angeles in 2019, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Jessica revealed her family told her not to wear jeans which emphasised her 'voluptuous' body and 'booty', while she explained how she felt 'preyed upon' by men.
She added: 'Nothing about being successful in this business is easy. And it's really really hard to even think that you have the possibility of being successful, because everyone is shutting every door in your face and telling you why you can't. You can’t be bitter.'
The mother-of-three shares children Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and eight-year-old son Hayes with her ex-husband Cash Warren.
