Fearne Cotton’s ex-husband Jesse Wood has proved his new relationship with Gemma Gregory is going from strength to strength as she gushed he is her ‘soulmate’.
The son of Rolling Stones legend Ronnie Wood celebrated his 49th birthday this week – his first since the collapse of his marriage last year.
Gemma, who confirmed her relationship with Jesse in April, was by his side in sweet birthday snaps.
The ex Made In Chelsea star, 39, shared a series of intimate photos on Instagram on Thursday showing the record label boss looking happier than ever.
She captioned the post: ‘Happy birthday to the most incredible man!
‘I am so damn grateful for you and our love. You are the best human I know (apart from the kids obvs)… you are MAGIC. My soulmate, rock, best friend and lover. Thank you for being you! You really are THE BEST! I love thee forever, uncondish, wholly and always✨��������❤️.’
Her post included photos of romantic moments between the couple – from beach walks and cosy selfies to sun-drenched countryside days.

In one photo, Gemma beamed in a bold orange coat as Jesse cosied up to her in a field of sunflowers. In another, the couple share a kiss at home, with both looking relaxed and happy.
She also shared a playful snap of Jesse on the day of his birthday – smiling behind a giant chocolate cake topped with gold candles while wearing glittery ‘Happy Birthday’ glasses and a paper crown adorned with bows.
Friends were quick to comment, including filmmaker Sadie Frost, who left a red heart emoji, and celebrity perfumer Azzi Glasser, who commented: ‘❤️❤️❤️Cutsy’.
It’s a far cry from the difficult year Jesse faced following the breakdown of his ten-year marriage to TV and radio presenter Fearne Cotton, 44.
The couple – who share son Rex, 12, and daughter Honey, nine – announced their split last December, with Fearne explaining: ‘It is with a heavy heart that I let you all know that Jesse and I are ending our marriage. Our priority will always be our children.’
Jesse and Gemma went public with their romance in April and have been inseparable ever since. The pair were first spotted strolling hand-in-hand through west London earlier this year, with friends describing the relationship as ‘serious’ and full of chemistry.
A source told the Daily Mail at the time: ‘It’s getting serious now. Jesse and Gemma are spending loads of time together and things are clearly going well. He’s been through a rough patch emotionally, but Gemma’s really lifted him. They’ve got chemistry and a lot in common – she makes him laugh, and he feels relaxed around her. It’s definitely more than a fling.’
London-born actress and model Gemma – who has an eleven-year-old son, Benji, from a previous relationship – starred in Made in Chelsea in 2011 and 2012, and played young Estella in the 1999 adaptation of Great Expectations.

Jesse’s mother is Ronnie Wood’s first wife, Krissy Findlay, who died aged 57 in 2005 from an accidental drug overdose.
Ronnie’s second wife Jo Wood, who helped raise Jesse – he was nine when she married the rock star – said of Fearne and Jesse’s split: ‘I was shocked. I didn’t expect Fearne to have a new boyfriend. And Jesse was devastated.’
Gemma is the London-born daughter of actor Paul Gregory, and was previously romantically linked to Nicholas Knatchbull, son and heir of Earl Mountbatten.
Her past boyfriends include Henry Brett, a captain of the England polo team.
A friend of Made In Chelsea star Hugo Taylor since they were 13, she appeared in the London-based reality TV series in 2012.
