The actor, 44, wed Spanish actress Alejandra Onieva, 33, in a secret wedding that was held a few months ago, according to TMZ.
The couple have kept their nuptials quiet, with an insider claiming their ceremony was 'super low-key.'
Williams hasn't been dating Onieva for long as they reportedly met for the first time last year in while shooting the Amazon Prime Video series, Hotel Costiera.
They eventually struck up a romance, which they went public with in the fall of 2025 with frequent outings in Milan and Madrid, .
Onieva was Williams's date to the 2025 GQ Men Of The Year event in and they also attended the San Sebastián Film Festival together.

Along with being an accomplished screen siren, Onieva is notably the ex-girlfriend of Marvel star , 43.

The relationship between Kelly and Williams fizzled out in early 2018, with multiple sources confirming the split.
