The mum of one gave an update on Presley's condition, explaining: 'He's good, he's absolutely fine. He's slightly traumatised by it, but he's fine. Yeah, they bounce back as you know.'

Recalling the incident to presenters  and , Jess said: 'He was at a lovely kid's party... It was just a real shame what happened, it couldn't have been foreseen. Something extremely out of the blue, you wouldn't expect it to ever happen.'

'We were coming towards the end of the party and I told him to go and play and somehow he got pinged off the bouncy castle,' she said. 'He then flew into the air and landed about three metres away on the floor.'

The TOWIE star spoke about the 'freak accident', calling it the 'the scariest day of my life' in an interview on This Morning on Tuesday

Jess described the 'worst part' as hearing the sound of her son hitting the ground, explaining: 'We heard this noise and everyone in the hall just gasped. It's not a very big hall either, but you could hear the noise was just so severe. I looked over, I literally glanced, and it was him.'

The star explained that Presley was in a position that affected his ability to breathe.

'I screamed, "He's not breathing, he's not breathing! Breathe, breathe, breathe!" And he just wasn't. He started to go blue, and I reckon it was about 10 to 15 seconds, but it felt like forever,' she said.

Jess explained that because of Presley's heart condition – which affects around one per cent of the population and means the heart valve has only two leaflets instead of the usual three - means she and husband William are extra cautious.

'Of course, I thought the worst as you do. He started to go blue, his face started to go blue. I grabbed him off my husband again, and was just saying, "Breathe," and he came to - slowly came to... he was crying and saying his back hurt, he was clearly in shock.'

The family were then taken by ambulance to Royal London Hospital and arrived in the trauma unit after paramedics revealed they were concerned Presley had hurt his spine or ribs.

Saying she was 'a wreck' Jess said she could only 'start to breathe again' when their son had a full check in hospital and began to seem more like himself.

Giving a warning to other parents and caregivers, Jess advised adults should be 'more vigilant'.

'I suppose, just be aware that it can get quite serious... Just be more aware, stand by more, even though we were, it's one of those things. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else, but it can happen.'

Presley was diagnosed with Bicuspid Aortic Valve in early 2024. The lifelong condition will require open-heart surgery at least twice in his life.

Earlier this year, Jess revealed her son is ‘defying all the odds’ after doctors delivered the ‘rare’ news that his heart condition has improved following two years of agonising check-ups.

The former TOWIE star broke down in tears as she shared the update on her son Presley's heart condition on her podcast.

Speaking alongside her mother, Carol and sister Natalya, Jess revealed that doctors have seen a rare improvement in his condition after he was diagnosed with the congenital condition bicuspid aortic valve.

The mum of one, who shares her son with husband William, gave an update on Presley, explaining: 'He's good, he's absolutely fine. He's slightly traumatised by it, but he's fine

‘The other day the doctor said that actually his has reduced which is really, really rare, it doesn’t happen often,’ she said in the episode, which will be released in full tomorrow.

‘He’s doing really, really well.’

Overcome with emotion, Jess admitted the strain of living between each check-up has been immense.

‘You hold it together for these checks and then you kind of hold it together after because you get good news,’ Jess said.

‘To be in that kind of agonising wait not knowing if it's going to be a good result or the worst news, every four months is just not easy.’
