The former TOWIE star, 38, displayed her incredible figure as she showcased her toned midriff in a pair of grey shorts.
Jess, who is the older sister of fellow reality star Mark Wright, let her brunette locks fall loose down her shoulders.
The media personality accentuated her natural beauty with a light palette of makeup as she perched on a chest of drawers.
Alongside the post, she wrote: ‘Skin update. As you know it’s been a journey! I have really struggled with my psoriasis flare ups, especially since having Presley.

‘So many of you have it too, or know someone who has. You are not alone! I have been changing certain parts of my diet & taking all the vitamins.
‘After trying so many, I have also found a moisturiser that works really well for my skin and I am glad to say my psoriasis is now a lot better.’
It comes after Jess shared a positive health update on her ongoing battle with her skin condition psoriasis, in January.
The reality star has previously detailed her frustration with the condition as she regularly suffers from ‘painful’ flare-ups on her skin.
Psoriasis is an autoimmune condition that affects the skin and sometimes the joints, which occurs when a person’s skin replacement process takes place within days rather than the usual 21-to-28 days.
She explained that her symptoms have been a lot more manageable since she has started taking a gut health supplement.
She wrote: ‘As many of you may know, I have psoriasis, which causes redness & itchiness of the skin.

Taking to Instagram, the TV star shared a close-up shot of her face, which showed a frame of marks around her face as a result of psoriasis.
