Now, Jess Nathan and Andrew Guthrie are looking to mark another milestone – starting a family.
Speaking to Woman’s Day, Jess, 31, said she and Andrew, 34, who have been trying for a baby since tying the knot, have embarked on an IVF journey.
Jess said that she could not wait to start growing her family, admitting: ‘I really want a million children.’
‘I want, like, 11 babies, so I’m like, “If we’re doing IVF, at least there’s more chance of having twins.” But no, I’m super confident that our miracle baby will come when the time is right,’ she said.
Jess was diagnosed with stage-four endometriosis in 2016, and is an ambassador for Endometriosis Australia.

She admitted to the publication that she has long known her journey to motherhood would not be easy.
‘I knew that would mean my fertility journey may not be so straightforward like it is for some others. So I’m not surprised that I have issues with fertility now,’ she said.
‘I guess it’s good to have always known that and mentally been prepared that this could be something that we might have to deal with.’
The couple also face an added hurdle of geography, with their sheep and cattle farm in Delegate in far southern NSW being a four-hour round trip to the doctor’s office.
Despite the difficulties, Jess said she and Andrew were remaining positive.
‘I don’t think for a second that we won’t be able to have children,’ she said.
‘When you’re picturing this stage of your life, when you’re going to be having babies, you don’t picture needing any sort of intervention or medication to support that.
‘So although it’s not the way that is ideal, I am very, very hopeful, very, very confident and comfortable with the process we’re going down.’

Jess opened up about her endometriosis battle in 2021, in a candid Instagram post.
She posted a photo of herself posing in her underwear and wearing a period cramp device, five days after having her third operation for stage-four endometriosis.
‘Still swollen and sore, but 100 per cent on the mend!’ she wrote in the caption.
‘Chronic illnesses can feel isolating and deflating and my heart goes out big time to anyone suffering with an illness.’
Jess added: ‘I am so stoked to have come out of surgery and be told I won’t have issues conceiving.’
The blonde said she was feeling ‘grossly emotional’, which she attributed to hormones.
She continued: ‘But being able to have a baby naturally – of course nothing’s guaranteed, but fingers crossed – is my dream and I’m just so happy about it.’
Jess and Andrew found love on the 2021 season of Farmer Wants A Wife and, three years after their reality show pairing, tied the knot.
