The glamorous beauty pageant titleholder, who was crowned the coveted title in June 2010, recently admitted that getting the cosmetic surgery was her 'most vain' moment.
'Getting a boob job to win Miss Universe Australia! When I was in that competition at 18 there was a standard of beauty. I got pulled aside, they were like, "Look, you have the ability to go the whole way",' Jesinta told the Vain-Ish podcast.
'They said, "You are our number one pick. We think you could go great overseas, but you have no boobs".'

The 34-year-old admitted it was a difficult decision to make at the time but looking back said she had no regrets.
'I don't regret having it done because I went on to win the competition and placed very well overseas,' she said.

'I have an amazing life, an amazing career. I credit winning the competition to that because it just opened so many doors for me,' she said.
The Gold Coast-born model finished by saying that although she did not regret the surgery, she sometimes missed the smaller breasts she once had.
'In saying that, if I had my time again... It's hard to say I regret it… but it's something I wish I hadn't done if that makes sense,' she said.
'I've had an amazing career for it, but... Now all I want is just the small little perky boobs I had.'
Jesinta confirmed to The Daily Telegraph
And it's something the WAG seems to have mixed feelings about - first revealing if she had her time again, she wouldn't have chosen the cosmetic procedure, before openly acknowledging it in 2014.
Jesinta also said the surgery didn't help boost her confidence over the years.
