Wilkinson and Ten were sued by formal political staffer Bruce Lehrmann over an interview Wilkinson conducted with Higgins for The Project, in which Higgins accused Lehrmann of raping her at Parliament House in 2019.
Lehrmann has always denied the allegations. His criminal trial collapsed due to juror misconduct last October and a retrial was abandoned due to concerns over Higgins’ mental health.
