Jersey Shore star Angelina Pivarnick’s criminal case has been dismissed.
The 37-year-old reality star’s attorney James Leonard told DailyMail.com exclusively on Tuesday: ‘We are happy to report that all of the original charges were dismissed today in Court against Angelina.
‘She admitted that on the night in question she created a minor disturbance in her own home. That is the entirety of what we acknowledged in Court and the Court accepted that as a factual basis to being disorderly.
‘This conduct as described does not constitute a criminal offense in the State of New Jersey. We are very happy with this result and she is grateful that the matter is now behind her.’
Pivarnick had plead not guilty to assault and resisting arrest after an alleged domestic violence incident at the $1.3M New Jersey mansion she shares with fiancé Vinny Tortorella.

She was arrested on Sunday, June 2, at 11 p.m. after a visit from the Freehold Township Police Department, DailyMail.com reported after attending a virtual court hearing held on Tuesday, July 23.
Pivarnick was present for the virtual hearing, held by the Freehold Township Municipal Court, and she was joined by her attorney Leonard, who also represents Real Housewives Of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice.
Tortorella also briefly appeared in the Zoom hearing on a separate device, but he then left the meeting.
She was charged with ‘simple assault, criminal mischief, obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest,’ a county clerk said during the virtual hearing.
