Jeremy Kyle paid tribute to his wife on Monday as he returned to work for the first time since welcoming his sixth child.
The divisive presenter was back on the news desk at Talk TV, where he was on hand to discuss the latest headlines with co-host Rosie Wright.
Kyle, 58, and second wife Vicky Burton celebrated the birth of daughter Iris – the couple’s second child and his sixth – in January.
And he was full of praise for former nanny Burton, 40, and her ability to multi-task with their young children at home while he resumes his day job.
‘It’s been good,’ he said, before showing off a picture of his newborn daughter. ‘Little Iris, I think she’s watching right now.

‘I should salute her mother. I know I said before I went off I was going to go and play golf – I’ve lost five pounds!
‘I’ve been running around like a headless chicken. But there is no way on God’s earth, right, looking after a four year old and feeding a baby. I take my hat off to my wife.
‘That’s like different gravy to this, isn’t it? This is like a rest. Have a sleep in the car, right? Come here, somebody’s done my make-up, ironed my shirts, brilliant.
He added: ‘I haven’t gone anywhere near a golf club. I’ve been doing nipple cream and feeding and all sorts of stuff…
‘It’s amazing. She’s great as well. And Vic has done an incredible job.’
There are more than three decades between Jeremy’s newborn and his eldest daughter Harriet, who he had when he was just 24.
While speaking to The Sun in January, the presenter rubbished claims that he is ‘too old’ to have a baby and insisted it is ‘no one else’s business’.
He said: ‘The world has definitely changed since I first became a dad. One thing never changes – no sleep, no money, no sex! And you know what they say when you’ve had one, the second one is always easier… so the sixth one will be a piece of cake.’

He joked: ‘And it’s another girl – another wedding to pay for. I’ll be working until I’m 80!’
Jeremy went on to reveal he is busy every weekend running his children to hockey and swimming classes which is what ‘keeps him young’.
He added: ‘Of course people say “oh come on you’re 58” but you’re as young as the people around you. I’ve got a young wife and I’ve got so many children now, I’ve probably got more than Boris Johnson.’
Jeremy revealed in September last year that he was to become a father for the sixth time as his wife Victoria was pregnant with their second child.
The broadcaster shared the news that he was set to welcome a daughter in the coming months, after he and Vicky welcomed their son Oliver, in 2020.
Speaking to The Sun, Jeremy said he and Victoria, who he married in 2021, were ‘over the moon’ to be welcoming another child early in 2024, adding his family would be ‘complete’.
