Jeremy Clarkson has dropped a whopping 3st thanks to ‘astonishing’ weight loss drug Mounjaro but has shared insight into the medication’s side effects.
The former Top Gear presenter, 65, admitted that as well as being not quite as ‘quick-witted’, girlfriend Lisa Hogan, 51, had noticed he had become ‘grumpier’.
But while missing out on more common side effects like constipation, Jeremy said he was suffering from a diminished libido, but admitted that could be down to age.
‘I find myself doing Hot Seat [Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?], thinking: “Oh f***, I should have said that, but too late now” But who’s to say I wouldn’t have thought that when I wasn’t on [Mounjaro]?’.
‘Constipation? No, I don’t have that. Diminished libido? I’m 65, it’s hard to know what’s causing that. I’ll ask Lisa when I get back home: “You were never funny and you were never horny, Jeremy”‘.
The TV personality confirmed he’d shed the weight in just six months thanks to the medication, though thinks he has now ‘plateaued’.

He told The Sun newspaper’s Sun Club: ‘I’m still on it, but not losing any more weight, but nor am I putting any on, because it keeps my appetite level down. It really is an astonishing drug.’
While Lisa is a fan of his new svelte physique, Jeremy admitted that he was still a long way off being male model Davdi Gandy.
‘I’m nearer to Gandy now than I was a year ago, in the same way that tectonic activity means that South America is moving closer to Australia — not by much.
‘But I can go much further, I can take the dogs out for longer now, so it keeps her happy. I’m much healthier.’
As well as having to buy new outfits to fit his smaller frame, Jeremy’s also needed new shoes after noticing his feet had also shrunk.
‘The shoes I was wearing last year are falling off me as I’m walking around. I think I might be the first person in the world to lose weight on my feet’.
Last month Jeremy celebrated his ninth anniversary with his girlfriend Lisa as he took to Instagram to mark the celebrations and uploaded a selfie from their cosy dinner date.
Jeremy was in his signature black blazer and partially undone white shirt, while Lisa, wore sparkly earrings for their fancy evening out.

He captioned the post: ‘Nine years!’, which prompted Lisa to joke on her Insta stories it feels like she has been with Jeremy for 900.
Jeremy’s showbiz pals took to the comment section. Carole Bamford wrote: ‘Congratulations’, while actor Richard E Grant posted love heart emojis.
Others typed: ‘Punching Mr Clarkson but can’t fault you in any way… The lady is amazing, best wishes to you both’;
‘Lucky boy’ and ‘congratulations to you both!(Prayers for @thetallirish tho!)’
The couple, who work together on Clarkson’s Diddly Squat farm, first began dating back in 2017 after being set up by friends at a Christmas party.
But far from falling in love at first sight, Lisa previously told how the TV star had to work hard to win her affections.
She told The Sun: ‘I thought, “Ok, you’ve got a bit of a rep” – so he had to really court me!”
She added: ‘He courted me for a solid three months!… he does make an effort to make me laugh a lot, which I really appreciate. And we do get on.’

Last year, Lisa discussed her hopes of getting engaged to the outspoken presenter.
And the pair chatted to The Sunday Times about how the topic of proposing was brought up while the couple were out on a walk.
At the time Jeremy said he had a ‘big surprise’ for her and after she asked if it was a proposal, he pretended not to hear and instead showed her a fallen willow tree bursting back into life.
After she followed up about the proposal, he said: ‘I’ll think about the proposal, OK? I’m not ready yet.’
Discussing the exchange, Lisa has now said: ‘I just thought I might surprise him.’
Jeremy has been married twice before.
He wed his first wife Alexandra James in 1989. The couple were married for six months before they split the following year in 1990.
Jeremy went on to remarry as he found love with his second wife Frances Cain.
The couple were married for more than two decades before they separated and welcomed three children together including, daughters Emily and Katya as well as son Finlo.
Lisa, meanwhile, was married for 30 years to Baron Steven Bentinck before she met Jeremy.
Their marriage ended in 2011 and they have three children together.
