Jenny Powell has continued to prove that she’s the TV star who simply doesn’t age.
The TV presenter, 57, has transformed from a svelte size 12 in the ’90s to a sleek size eight today.
Her secret? A powerful mix of yoga, clean living, and a few modern-day tricks that keep her glowing.
Just last month, Jenny sent temperatures soaring as she posed in a tiny bikini on a sun-soaked holiday in Ibiza.
But behind the sexy snaps, she has opened up about exactly how she continues to look and feel her absolute best.
It turns out the recipe for her timeless beauty is fairly simple. Yoga, a touch of science, some magic vitamins, and a whole lot of positivity.
Jenny, who lives in South Manchester with fiancé Martin Lowe, 51, and their youngest daughter Pollyanna, told the Mirror: ‘I do hot yoga about three times a week and I’ve just started Reformer too – it really keeps my mind and body in shape.
She’s no stranger to flaunting her phenomenal figure online – and Jenny Powell proves once again that she’s the TV star who simply doesn’t age

‘I don’t drink much, but I’m taking NAD now – I love it!’
But the real ‘fountain of youth,’ Jenny insisted, comes from her teenage daughter.
‘My kids keep me young, I’ve got a 24-year-old, but I had Pollyanna when I was like 40, 41,’ she said.
When it comes to food, Jenny skips the ready meals in favour of hearty, homemade dishes, including soups, stews, and plenty of veg.
But her ultimate secret weapon is Bone broth.
Speaking to The Sun, she revealed: ‘As I’ve grown older, I’ve become more aware of clean eating; so what goes into my body or onto the family dinner table needs to be healthy and nutritious.
‘The menopause left me exhausted, but including bone broth into my diet helps me keep up my active lifestyle, run around after my daughters and boost my mood.’
And it doesn’t stop there – she added: ‘It improves my gut health, which leads to improvements in my fitness.’

Together, her balanced diet and love of exercise have helped Jenny look and feel better than ever.
Summing it all up, she told Bella Magazine: ‘I sleep a lot – so yoga and sleep. I don’t drink loads and I don’t smoke.
‘But, also, I have treats. You have to work at it, and if you’re positive and smile, it doesn’t half help with your face.’
But behind the glamour, it hasn’t all been plain sailing for Jenny.
Last year, Jenny underwent a hysterectomy and explained that the last two years have been the most difficult for her.
She told OK!: ‘Even though I tried to send out all these positive, smiley, “everything’s lovely” vibes, I was suffering.
‘I had terrible bleeding, really bad, to the point where I was changing four times a day and in a job like mine, that isn’t good.’
Jenny thinks that women’s health is ‘neglected’ and that the concept of ‘just getting used’ to struggling is something that frustrates her.

The Greatest Hits Radio host had been on a family holiday in her bikini last year when some paparazzi pictures of herself started doing the rounds in the media.
When she saw the images, Jenny noticed a ‘bump in [her] lower abdomen’ which caused concern and she underwent an MRI.
The scan revealed that her abdomen was as if she ‘was about 16 weeks pregnant’ with the amount of pressure it was under, and she felt compelled to share her story.
She added: ‘It was so big it was pressing on my intestines, on my bladder, on my kidneys.
‘It’s only looking back – now that it’s gone – that I think, “Wow.” And that’s why I put it all out there.’
Soon after undergoing the operation in early October, Jenny explained: ‘I’ve suffered for so long with all sorts of symptoms and tried all sorts, but yeah it’s time, so hence the hysterectomy.
‘Because I’m menopausal of course things are different it’s not like this is been brought on early.
‘But I’m just wondering if they’ll be any connection between it and my emotions. So it will be interesting. I’m just about to put my fancy gown on so come back later.’
