She even joked about how ‘big’ her bag was because it contained so many items like an oversized bottle of Smartwater and a Pvolve stretching band.
One of the top products was a SPF sunscreen she said she uses religiously to keep wrinkles at bay.

And then Aniston said she loves to dress in a very basic way: ‘Jeans, flip flops, tank tops,’ are her go-tos.
‘I tried to skinny jeans for a while but it didn’t work so I am glad those went away,’ said the siren.
Then Aniston gushed over ’90s fashion.
‘I loved the ’90s and I still have items from Friends – shoes, dresses – there are certain items I am in love with. There are certain things about the ’90s – thin eyebrows, thin sunglasses – not so much, but there are things I love.’

Her approach to self care is ‘one of the most important things we should focus on, it’s internal, mental self care, when we go out into the world we need to feel good, we cannot let ourselves down, whether it’s not sleeping enough or eating right or getting enough water or social media, we need to take care of that… it’s really important to take care of yourself. Self care is not selfish,’ she remarked.
