Day one of 2024 PaleyFest LA, which marks the 41st edition of the television festival, kicked off at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Friday.
One of the highlights of the opener: Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon taking part in a special screening and conversation with some of the cast and crew of their hit Apple TV+ drama The Morning Show.
Not only were the two leading ladies able to speak from an actor’s perspective, they also provided a behind-the-scenes angle as executive producers of the series.
They were joined on stage by co-stars Mark Duplass (Charlie ‘Chip’ Black), Karen Pittman (Mia Jordan), Nicole Beharie (Christina Hunter), Tig Notaro (Amanda Mandel) and Nestor Carbonell (Yanko Flores), as well as Charlotte Stoudt (showrunner & executive producer), Michael Ellenberg (executive producer) and Mimi Leder (executive producer & director).
The Morning Show, which examines the characters and culture behind a network morning news broadcast through the eyes of the fictional UBA, is now heading into season four.

Before sitting down to discuss the journey the show has taken since premiering on Apple TV+ in November 2019, many of the cast and crew posed on the red carpet.
Aniston, 55, showed off her fab figure and top notch fashion sense in black slacks, a matching sleeveless turtleneck top and open-toe heels.
Known for many hairstyles over the years, especially ‘The Rachel’, which was made famous during her run as Rachel Green on the hit sitcom Friends, the actress appeared to show case yet another look.
On this day the actress, who plays Alex Levy, had her locks newly dyed blonde with a blunt cut about shoulder length with a part slightly on the left.
Witherspoon was also the picture of chic in a simple but stylish black pencil skirt with a matching long-sleeve top that flattered her curves.
The star, 48, also wore a pair of black pointed pump that had straps that secured each ankle, and had her blonde tresses styled long and flowing.
The mother of three, who portrays plays Bradley Jackson, flashed her infectious smile while dropping various poses in front of the adoring photographers.

Tig Notaro, 53, who plays Amanda Robinson in season three, opted for casual-cool in blue pants with a light blue dress shirt buttoned all the way to the top and light brown shoes.
Nicole Beharie’s character Christine Hunter was also a newcomer to the last season as a new TMS co-host.

While on stage The Morning Show’s showrunner Charlotte Stoudt gave a hint at when season four could make its premiere by revealing it will come after the 2024 presidential election, which is being held in November.
‘The show will be out after the election,’ Stoudt announced, as reported by People, ‘[The next challenge will be] how do you go at [the election] in an interesting way without being predictive.’

But still, viewers will be awaiting an exact premiere date for the show’s fourth season that’s still pending.
In the past each of the previous three seasons came every other year, starting after the debut, which came on November 2019, followed by season two in September 2021, which led to a season three drop in September 2023, according to People.
If those same intervals were used again for the new season would drop somewhere between September-November 2025.
