The 50-year-old former cast member of the Bravo reality show in an Instagram Stories post denied being responsible for the black eye that Heather, 49, suffered during a season three group trip to San Diego.
‘Bravo, if I punched Heather in her eye, you guys would have footage to prove it. It’s clear the show can’t live without me since I was brought up at the beginning, middle and end of season 4,’ Jen posted for her roughly 234,000 followers.
‘Andy is still butt hurt that I turned down his 1:1 interview. Why would you sit down with someone who ”gave” another cast member a black eye? Next story,’ she added referencing Bravo executive Andy Cohen, 55.
Heather during the season four finale titled ‘Mysteries, Revealed?’ accused show newcomer Monica Garcia, 40, of being online troll Reality Von Tease and while admonishing her revealed that Jen was responsible for her black eye.
Jen Shah, shown in a 2021 still, posted from prison on Tuesday after Heather Gay accused her of giving her a black eye on the season four finale of The Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City.
Heather during a group dinner on day four of the group trip to Bermuda to celebrate Monica’s birthday blasted her for taking advantage of their friendship.
‘There’s something that you missed out on. We are friends and we have been through this bulls*** before with Jen,’ Heather said referencing former cast member Jen Shah, 50, who is currently serving a 6 1/2 -year federal prison sentence after pleading guilty in July 2022 to conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
‘For years, we were afraid we’d wake up sick, that a lie would be posted and told and spread and exposed and exploited, but we were in it with her. And we are the type of girls that ride or die. And each one of us, at different times, rode hard, and we shut down feelings of doubt and things that didn’t f***ing add up. Who you are made no sense, but the way you acted was strangely familiar,’ Heather said.
‘And the pain that we went through and the way we were tormented and tortured. I ate s*** every day for her. I felt like I had to lie to protect her. I did whatever it took. I went on book tour and defended her and took s*** for the fact …that she gave me a black eye,’ Heather revealed.
‘What?,’ Meredith Marks, 51, exclaimed.
‘Whoa,’ said Lisa Barlow, 49. ‘Whoa.’
The episode then flashed back to the season three trip to San Diego in which Heather suffered a black eye after a late night with Jen.

The 49-year-old reality star infamously suffered a black eye during season three on a group trip to San Diego after a late night with Jen
‘That’s what we don’t know,’ Jen chimed in as Heather insisted that she had no recollection of what happened.
After a wild night in San Diego, Heather at 3:28 am turned off the lights in her room, and at 4:50am answered a knock on her door.
‘What time is it?,’ she asked as she opened the door before the footage abruptly ended.
Seven hours later, a text message was shown of Heather asking Meredith to come to her room immediately.
Meredith in her pajamas walked in at 11:34 am and was greeted by Heather wearing sunglasses and Jen.
‘What’s wrong?,’ Meredith asked.
Heather then removed her sunglasses showing a fresh black eye and pointed to bruises and scratches on her arm.
Meredith’s jaw dropped and she covered her mouth in shock and asked when it happened.
Heather stuck to her story with Meredith and during the show’s reunion insisted that she was too drunk to remember what happened.
Back in Bermuda, Monica congratulated Heather for speaking up.
‘Well, I’m gladly you finally told the truth for once. So good for you,’ Monica said.

‘I had to ride hard for her, and I had to lie for her. We’re not gonna do it again with you. Pack your backs and go,’ Heather said.
Monica sighed and said, ‘Okay’ as she got up and walked away.
‘I more than anyone know that nothing stays in the dark and everything comes to light. I knew this information would come out. Even Gossip Girl couldn’t stay Gossip Girl forever,’ Monica said in a confessional.
A producer at the end of the episode asked Monica to take her back to the final dinner when the women asked her to leave.
‘There is so much more I wanted to say, but I knew I wasn’t gonna be heard at all. There are a lot of things that I could have said. That was not the time. But there is so much more to the story that needs to be said. And trust me, you’re all gonna want to hear it,’ she added.
The episode opened with Heather set to make the dramatic revelation about Monica being Reality Von Tease before cutting to eight hours earlier.
Whitney Rose, 37, after arguing with Heather about her depiction in her book Bad Mormon the next morning apologized to her.
‘I am sorry that I upset you so badly last night,’ Whitney said. ‘I honestly did not expect that reaction.’
‘I had to ride hard for her, and I had to lie for her. We’re not gonna do it again with you. Pack your backs and go,’ Heather said

‘I know. That reaction surprised even me,’ Heather said.
Heather also apologized for her role in the drama and told Whitney, ‘Cousins forever.’
Later, Heather received a mystery phone call and asked the caller what they found out.
‘Are you kidding me right now?,’ Heather said as she reeled in shock.
‘Shut the f*** up. I’m trembling, like, trembling. I cannot believe it’s her. How could she do this to us? I’m freaking the f*** out. I’m freaking the f*** out,’ Heather said.
The production crew chased after Heather who urged them to leave her alone.
‘I just got this devastating information,’ Heather said in a confessional. ‘And my head is swimming. But, it’s too big, too damning, and I have to deal with it. But, what’s about to go down, it could change our friendships forever.’
Heather a few hours before the dinner was shown gathering Meredith, Lisa and Whitney for a private talk on the beach.

Meredith, Lisa and Whitney listened as Heather shared her new information
‘There’s something I need to tell you guys, and it’s big, and it’s not good. You guys, we’ve come a long way, us four. We have, and Monica is not who she says she is. She’s not our friend,’ Heather said.
‘The name that you all know her as, the woman whose birthday we celebrated, who we’ve been trying to champion and support and defend, is Reality Von Tease,’ Heather revealed shocking the other women.
‘I’m freaking out. I am so tired of people trying to hurt us. This is so f***ed up,’ Meredith said fighting back tears.
Heather in a confessional explained the situation for viewers.
‘Reality Von Tease was an Instagram account that was created over three years ago… It quickly expanded to troll all of us. Me, Whitney, Meredith, Lisa. These were character assassinations. They may not have created this content, but they made sure to re-post every hateful thing they could find about us. But, we never knew who it was,’ she told the camera.
Heather said she learned the information from her hairstylist Tenesha who used to be close to Monica.
‘Within minutes, my phone was flooded with screenshots, text messages, audio recordings, videos, photos, DMs. Volumes of evidence exposing Monica,’ Heather said in a confessional. ‘I was devastated.’

Heather asked Meredith, Lisa and Whitney for their support before she confronted Monica at the Bermuda Triangle-themed dinner.
‘The mystery for me with Monica is, ;;Who is the real Monica? ”,’Heather asked. ‘When I met you, we kind of bonded over being single moms, moms of daughters, and we really had a great time — lots of fun, charming, funny, witty. Smarter than, probably, people think. And I thought [you were] pretty much an open book, [a] truth-teller. But, I don’t feel like that’s who the real Monica is. The real Monica is someone who really doesn’t want to be our friend, but wants to profit from our lives and our pain. I know who you really are, and who you really are is the cyberbully, internet troll Reality Von Tease.’
‘That’s not entirely true,’ said Monica, who claimed that Von Tease was ‘never just one person.’
The Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City will return next Tuesday on Bravo for the first of three reunion episodes.
