Jelena Dokic recently revealed a dramatic 20-kilogram weight loss.
The tennis star was looking slimmer than ever on Tuesday when she took to Instagram to share a sunny photo and some tips for a successful 2025.
Jelena, 41, who is gearing up for her Channel Nine commentary gig at the Australian Open, cut a svelte figure as she strode across a tennis court on a bright Melbourne day.
She wore a sky blue dress that featured a pin tuck detail at her svelte midriff, while a low-cut v-neck offered a hint of cleavage.
Jelena finished her on-court look with a pair of white tennis shoes and she accessorised with some gold bling in her ears.
Captioning the image, Jelena shared a series of ‘things to avoid and things to focus on’ in 2025.

‘I have found the following have made a difference to my life in the last few years and they really make me more focused on myself, my life and what is important to me,’ she began the expansive post.
‘Ignore what people say about you, this can be hard but not everyone will like you and that’s ok,’ Jelena continued.
Practicing gratitude was also high on her agenda, as was always striving to find the positive, ‘even in the worst situations.’
‘You can only control what is in your power and control,’ Jelena added.
‘What you can’t control is not worth thinking or stressing about because you can’t do anything about it.’
Jelena also advised to practice a positive mindset, be kind to yourself and ‘do things that bring you joy.’
‘You can’t and won’t always have a great day but it’s how you face the bad days and the attitude that you have that can make a big difference,’ she said.
She continued her post urging people to move on from the past as soon as possible, while also cutting ‘toxic’ people off.

‘Get rid of toxicity and toxic people, if it’s not making you feel good, loved and safe then get rid of it,’ she said.
Jelena’s inspirational post was met with a flurry of comments of fans, with many praising her positive outlook.
‘Wow Jelena compulsive reading you certainly have stepped up, your vision and clear thinking are certainly going to make a great 2025,’ one fan wrote.
Others were quick to gush over Jelena’s svelte form.
‘Looking so gorgeous honey, I also love all that you said,’ wrote another, before someone added: ‘Omg. You look stunning!’

Jelena recently revealed she had lost 20kg in 10 months
Taking to Instagram in June, the commentator shared a post comparing her current appearance with how she looked back in 2023, when she was 20kg heavier.
In the caption, she stressed that she was happy in both pictures, adding that weight loss was not the goal but simply a ‘byproduct’ of adopting healthier habits.
‘This is about HEALTH and not SIZE,’ she continued. ‘So many questions about me getting healthier, which has seen me lose weight. Weight loss was not a priority; it’s just a byproduct of looking after my health.’
Addressing those who accused her of crash-dieting, Dokic went on to clarify: ‘I didn’t lose weight quickly. I lost 20 kilos in just under 10 months. Nothing fast.’
Dokic explained she had lost the weight because of ‘a family history of diabetes’ and the fact she had recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure.
She also revealed exactly how she did it.
‘I stopped eating late at night especially things like burgers, pizza, fries and desserts because they made me feel so sluggish when I would wake up especially for early morning work and flights.
‘So I don’t eat heavy meals at night anymore and I don’t eat after 7pm,’ wrote Dokic.
‘I eat more salads and soups for my meals now like a chicken caesar salad or tomato soup with multigrain bread. This type of meal does not make me feel sluggish and I am full.
‘I drink more water now and I have cut back on soda, even diet soda.
‘It’s small changes over time and while I still have my cheeseburger and fries days it’s just a lot less and I definitely don’t eat junk food when I am working and travelling,’ she concluded.
