The identical twins, John and Edward Grimes, 32, showed off their dance moves as they partied with the American singer, 39.
The Irish pop duo, who found fame on the X Factor in 2009, broke out into Katy’s hit single I Kissed A Girl as she turned around and wiggled her bottom to the camera.
In a second clip, the trio were in good spirits as they danced and sang to the stars new track Lifetimes off her forthcoming album 143.
Katy later took to the stage at the London nightclub and danced with Jedward while sipping on a cocktail.

The Roar songstress looked sensational during the evening as she slipped into a stylish denim co-ord which showed off her amazing figure.
She teamed the glittering zip front corset and matching wide legged low rise jeans with a pair of towering heels and sunglasses.
Jedward wrote: ‘Love our girl @katyperry 143 new album sounds absolutely Jepic can’t wait for everyone to hear it’.
Also sharing a clip, Katy added: ‘These 143 playbacks have really evolved into straight up parties. love you London can’t wait for u lot to hear the rest of 143!’
In recent months, reality star duo Jedward have been connected to a number of A-list stars including Rebel Wilson and Ed Sheeran.
The pair were seen beaming for photos backstage ahead of Pitch Perfect actress Rebel’s London Palladium show earlier this year.
John and Edward have also previously celebrated ’10 years of friendship’ with Bad Habits singer Ed as they shared a gallery of pictures with the star.

The duo are also well known for being close pals with TOWIE star Gemma Collins and American Pie actress Tara Reid who they met 13 years ago on Celebrity Big Brother.
It comes after Katy’s new release Lifestyles comes less than one month after her comeback single Woman’s World failed to impress fans.
She has recently revealed that the new track is inspired her and fiancé Orlando Bloom’s daughter Daisy, who turns four August 20.
The proud mom gushed, ‘Lifetimes is a song that I wrote inspired by my daughter. Obviously, I tell her ”I love you” before she goes to bed every night, but I’ve started telling her, ”Will you find me in every lifetime?” and she says ”Yes.”’
The singer-songwriter shared another anecdote: ‘The sweetest thing is we’ve been all over Europe this summer and we’ve been to a lot of beaches and I bought a big stack of chocolate gold coins, and when we’re building sandcastles I will hide them as she’s digging and she will find them, so she loves finding chocolate coins.
‘So the other day I said, “Will you find me in every lifetime?” and she said, ”Yes and we’ll find chocolate coins together!”‘
The entertainer’s album 143 is slated for a September 20 release.
Discussing the title of the album, she explained on the podcast: ‘That’s my angel numbers. It’s what I see when I need guidance or confirmation, or just confidence I’m in the right place, right time.’
The Hot N Cold hitmaker’s song Woman’s World was controversially co-produced by Dr. Luke, who singer Kesha has accused of sexual assault and rape.

Katy began teasing the new music in late June and the full song and accompanying video dropped back-to-back on July 11 and 12.
‘She understands she is controversial by working with Dr. Luke again, but they work so well together, and they have such a rapport with each other that she knows him in a different way than others might,’ a source told DailyMail.com.
‘Her relationship with Dr. Luke is an important one,’ the insider continued. ‘So to have worked with him again is something she isn’t bothered about, even though plenty of fans are.’
