Ever since the news of Jeannie Mai’s divorce from her husband Jay ‘Jeezy’ Jenkins broke a rumor has been gaining traction.
The frequent guest on Access Hollywood has been accused of having an affair with that show’s co-host Mario Lopez, 49.
However, sources told TMZ that there is no truth to that rumor and not only that, she hasn’t cheated on her husband of two years.
The Lopez rumor seems to have stemmed from her gig as co-host alongside the Saved By the Bell alum earlier this month on Access Hollywood.
However, the chemistry fans picked up between them is just their playful banter and friendship – not anything salacious.

‘She deeply loves Jeezy, and she wants to work things out. She did not get married to get divorced. This was not a part of the plan. This is not how she ever imagined things would go down.’
The insider added: ‘Even though Jeezy has filed, Jeannie is holding out hope that he would be willing to sit down and works things [out]. She is hoping for a resolution and wants to remain as a united family unit.’
The South Carolina-born father-of-four – turning 46 in one week – told the Fulton County Superior Court in legal docs that they’re ‘currently living in a bona fide state of separation’ and their marriage is ‘irretrievably broken’ with ‘no hope for reconciliation’ – according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
