Jana Kramer and former soccer player, Allan Russell, wed during an intimate wedding in his native country on Saturday.
The couple exchanged vows in front of 35 wedding guests at Carnell Estate in Scotland, according to People.
‘We had talked about just going away and doing it ourselves, but it was important for me to have the wedding for Jolie and Jace, so they can see that we’re married now,’ she told the outlet of their decision to have a traditional celebration.
She continued: ‘I’ve also never been so excited to walk down the aisle to someone, and it didn’t need to be this big thing. It’s going to be very small and intimate and everything that we wanted.’
Ahead of the ceremony, the podcast host gushed to the publication that she wanted to get married surronded by just her closest friends and family.

‘That’s all that truly matters to us and our family,’ she emphasized.
Russell agreed, and also noted that Kramer is ‘really respectful towards’ of his ‘heritage in Scotland.’
The One Tree Hill alum, 40, shares her two oldest children with ex-husband Mike Caussin as well as an eight-month-old, named Roman, with Russell.
Kramer and Russell met after he sent her a private message on Instagram while he was living in England, at the time.
‘He was very sweet and very kind in his message, and we started to talk on WhatsApp. And then when I Googled him, I was like, “Oh, he’s really cute. I was like, maybe if he happens to ever be in the States, I’ll go out on a date with him.”‘
After finally meeting up in Nashville in 2022, around Christmastime, she said it was ‘game over’ and they got engaged just six months later.
And, by June 2023, the lovebirds revealed they were expecting their first child together.
