Jamie Oliver has reportedly become the latest star to defect to Netflix after signing a megabucks deal with the streamer.
The celebrity chef, 49, ended his multi-million pound golden handcuffs deal with Channel 4 in 2022 after making shows for them for two decades.
According to The Sun, Jamie has since been looking at several new projects and his first with Netflix will be their global hit Chef’s Table.
The series, which premiered in 2015, takes viewers inside the lives and kitchens of various acclaimed chefs to explore their talents and passions.
A source said: ‘Signing for a huge streamer has now become a right of passage for the biggest stars on TV. It is seen as the next higher step in their career beyond working for the BBC, ITV or Channel 4.

Jamie is the latest British star to make the move to a streamer after the likes of Holly Wiloughby, Joel Dommett and Jeremy Clarkson.
The chef’s work with Channel 4 is not finished yet as he is said to have several projects with the station in the pipeline.
However, he will increasingly be looking at new work with Netflix going forward.
A spokesperson for Jamie Oliver declined to comment when contacted by MailOnline.
Jamie originally joined the channel back in 2002 after finding fame as The Naked Chef on BBC2.
