Jamie Lynn reflected on her time, as she shared a series of clips from the series, which has hit a stumbling block after Jamie Lynn and Grace Dent both left.
Jamie Lynn reminisced on the moment she returned to camp and pretended she had flunked her Bushtucker Trial, before revealing she actually achieved 10 stars.
She also shared her love for campmate Sam Thompson, by sharing a video of them completing a challenge together, with the caption: ‘Love you Sam Thompson.’
Sharing a further insight from the challenge, she posted a clip of herself being covered in gunge, and wrote: ‘This was actually awful but I can’t stop laughing.’
Jamie Lynn also saw the funny side of another clip of her looking miserable and admitted she loved camp chef Fred Sirieix’s food.
She wrote: ‘Always eating good when Fred Sirieix is around.’
The mother of two also shared a sweet snap of her ‘luxury item’, which was a picture of each of her daughters, Maddie, 15, and Ivey, five.
Jamie Lynn told her followers that she was ‘recovering’ following the gruelling challenge, as she enjoyed some vanilla ice cream in her hotel.
Jamie Lynn’s exit comes as yet another blow for the disastrous series, which has been thrown into chaos by weather problems, disappointing trials and two celebrities’ decisions to quit over three days.

She wrote: ‘I can’t wait to share with y’all everything about this once in a lifetime experience, but I don’t even know where to start when trying to describe what an incredibly special time and place I had with some of the absolute best humans I have ever met and consider family now.
‘THANK YALL for welcoming me into your living rooms night after night, and for supporting me through all the highs and lows.
‘I’m am so grateful for this show, and all of the wonderful people apart of it! I will be taking some time to recovery and spend time with my family, but looking forward to sharing all about my journey on @imacelebrity with everyone! LOVE YALLLL.’
Jamie Lynn’s decision to leave the camp was first revealed on Wednesday, with her final scenes in the airing later that evening.
There has been speculation that the real reason Jamie Lynn departed is because she saw her last window of opportunity to leave.
Friends and family of the celebrities have been touching down in Brisbane Airport for the past week, but the Zoey 101 actress conveniently quit before her two young daughters had to make the arduous 14-hour flight.
Wednesday night was the last chance for the mother-of-two to quit the show before it was too late and her daughters Maddie, 15, and five-year-old Ivey arrived in Brisbane to stay in Surfer’s Paradise for two weeks.
ITV sources are acutely aware she quit the US version of SAS: Who Dares Wins, Special Forces: The World’s Toughest Test after three weeks for similar reasons and take a dim view of her decision.
Jamie Lynn’s shock exit from I’m A Celebrity on Wednesday echoed her departure from the US show earlier this year in which she admitted she felt like a ‘c**p mum’ before leaving to see her daughters.
Earlier on Thursday, Jamie Lynn broken her silence after quitting I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!

Despite ITV insisting she exited for ‘medical reasons’, Jamie Lynn has had an emotional time in the camp and has frequently been filmed in tears over the conditions and missing her children.
On Wednesday, before she quit, the actress spoke to Sam Thompson and said: ‘I hate it here, this is where people go to have the worst days of their lives. Dear God, please help me to make it.
‘I think I’ve got to leave, I think I’ve got to leave.’
Celebrities reportedly receive their I’m A Celebrity pay packet only if they stay for more than 72 hours in the Jungle.
When Jamie Lynn threatened to quit last week she had not completed that quota.
The actress decided to stay but there were allegedly exit talks with ITV executives and her own management for days, who were able to support her for 11 days on the show – delaying her leaving.
Speaking about the departure, the show’s hosts Ant and Dec said: ‘She had such a turnaround we thought she had come out the worst of it and she’s gone. It’s such a shame. But, hey, that’s showbiz!’
The show got its pound of flesh with Jamie Lynn as she gave the audiences what they wanted by opening up about her pop superstar sister Britney Spears.
While in camp, Jamie spoke about Britney’s heartbreak at losing out on a Grammy to Christina Aguilera in 2000.
Jamie said: ‘Christina won it and by the way, Christina is wonderfully talented but that year I mean c’mon Britney was it, Like yeah it’s Britney b***h. Like always.
Jamie Lynn’s shock exit has thrown the I’m A Celebrity camp into chaos.
Insiders at the channel say they are ‘struggling to keep up with the drama’ following the American actress’s exit for medical reasons.
One source describes the situation on the popular programme as a ‘mess,’ while they fear there could be more departures in the coming days as the atmosphere in the jungle becomes even more tense.
It is the first time in the show’s 23-series history that two contestants have left on medical grounds, with insiders claiming staff on the programme ‘aren’t sleeping’ due to the stress.
While questions will be raised over what has changed this year, one anonymous source insisted the producers carried out stringent psychiatric tests on the participants before they joined and blamed the problems on ‘bad luck’.
Britney is also ‘disappointed’ that her sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, has quit I’m A Celebrity – but insiders claim the singer ‘isn’t surprised’ by the ‘unprofessional behavior.’
Insiders close to the star have claimed Jamie Lynn had zero intention of staying on the series for longer than 72 hours – the amount of time required to bank the hefty paycheck for participating.
‘Britney is disappointed, but nothing surprises her anymore when it comes to her family’s unprofessional behavior,’ a source told DailyMail.com exclusively.
‘Jamie Lynn knew damn well going into this that all she had to do was last 72 hours and she was going to get paid. So that is what she did.
‘She never intended on staying any longer than this. This was just a quick paycheck for her – same as the Special Forces was.’
The source continued: ‘Unlike her sister, Jamie Lynn does not see anything through to the end.’
They appeared to question her reason for leaving the show, claiming she ‘does not have any ailments,’ and added: ‘Using a medical condition surely gets her off the hook without having to explain herself.’
