Jodhi Meares, the ex wife of James Packer, has taken new steps to sell off her amazing Sydney harbourside property in ritzy Watson’s Bay.
The two-bathroom, two-bedroom two-storey home has been languishing on the market since October, 2024, after it was listed for a whopping $4.8million.
Former model Jodhi, 53, snapped up the heritage ‘beach shack’ in 2017 for a cool $2.75million.
The fashion designer has now given the 1880s era former fisherman’s cottage a ‘makeover’ reported The Wentworth Courier on Friday.
Agents told the publication that the property has received a new paint job and ‘fresh’ landscaping ahead of a scheduled auction next month.
Jodhi also dropped her former sales agents and recruited Raine and Horne Double Bay to handle the sale.

The property, located 11kms from the CBD, has now been re-listed with the original price guide.
Jodhi first listed it in August 2024 but pulled it off the market shortly after.
The exquisite two-storey property was built in the 1880s and features a large dining area, two spacious upstairs bedrooms and an adjoining large bathroom.
It has been extensively renovated and features stylish contemporary architecture.
Highlights include a charming weatherboard façade, a limestone backyard terrace and a spacious kitchen boasting a breakfast island.
There’s also a studio retreat, a wet bar and a large backyard perfect for entertaining.
Other features include a luxury bathroom with standalone tub, a private dining room and separate living room.Â
Jodhi famously married billionaire James Packer in 1999 before splitting in 2002.

Four years ago, Woman’s Day reported that James still had Jodhi’s number on ‘speed dial’ and ‘called her all the time’ when he needed support.
She was subsequently in a relationship with singer Jon Stevens from 2013 to 2015, and they were even engaged.
Jodhi was then briefly linked to Sydney property developer Michael Reid in May 2019, after she shared a photo of the pair looking cosy on a boat, alongside a telling caption that read: ‘Debut selfie’.
Just two months later, the brunette debuted her relationship with Prison Break actor Dominic Purcell.
The couple dated on-and-off before finally calling it quits in January 2020.
Jodhi is the founder of her own successful fashion brand called The Upside, which she began in 2014.
Rising to fame as a model, Jodhi Meares cut a high profile in the three years she was married to Australian billionaire James Packer.
And Tigerlilly Swimwear founder has been known to wheel and deal in property since separating from the mogul in 2002.
She snapped up a luxury unit in Sydney’s ritzy Point Piper in 2004 for $1.23million only to lay it off for $2.4million in 2017.
Jodhi sold off a second property in Paddington the same year for $2.5milliion.
Only months later she splashed out $2.75 million on the Watson’s Bay pad she is now attempting to unload.
The Daily Telegraph reports that Jodhi spent $4.1million on the four-bedroom, three-bathroom coastal home which is located at Brooklet.Â
