Agents told the publication that the property has received a new paint job and ‘fresh’ landscaping ahead of a scheduled auction was was meant to take place next Wednesday.
Meares also dropped her former sales agents and recruited Raine and Horne Double Bay to handle the sale.
The property, located 11kms from the CBD, was re-listed with the ‘upgrade’ details last month and advertised with the original price guide.
Meares first listed it in August 2024 but pulled it off the market shortly after.

It has been extensively renovated and features stylish contemporary architecture.
