The former rugby player, 38, gave a warm farewell to his female companion as he left the London Palladium on the second night on tour with his pal Mike Tindall.
James gave the mystery blonde a cheeky peck on the cheek and pulled her in for a hug as they said goodbye outside the venue.
The television personality has been focusing on work in the wake of his split from fitness trainer Chloe, 36.
James is touring the country with Mike, 45, and Alex Payne to perform a live version of their podcast, The Good, The Bad & The Rugby.

The podcast host took to her Instagram Stories on Thursday night to re-share a snap originally posted by her close pal.
Both Lou and Chloe put on eye-popping displays as they showed off their glamorous ensembles while posing for a mirror selfie in 20 Berkeley’s bathroom.
Chloe showed off her toned pins in a black mini shirt, which she styled with a long-sleeved top with cut-out detailing.
The TV personality completed her ensemble with a pair of black cowboy boots.
Celebrity hair stylist Lou also shared another snap on her Instagram Stories of herself and Chloe with their friends Rochelle and Imogen.
The group all smiled for the camera as they appeared to flock around Chloe to support her with a fun-filled night out in London.
Chloe appears to have had a glow-up in the wake of her split from her husband.

It comes as scenes from her ITVBe reality show saw former rugby player James say Chloe was ‘lying’ about her ever dressing up for a date, but added she ‘always dressed s***ty’ when he wasn’t there.
After news of their split emerged, Chloe stepped out in vinyl boots and baggy hoodie with a fresh tan and make-up.
The choice of high-heeled footwear proved no bother for the television personality as she strutted down the street with daughter Bodhi, 14 months, in her arms.
Chloe and James, who married in 2018, had sparked speculation about their relationship after the personal trainer emerged without her wedding ring as she partied with friends – shortly after the former rugby player was pictured chatting to a mystery blonde outside a London nightspot.
In a joint update shared to Instagram, they announced: ‘Chloe and I mutually decided to separate at the end of September, 2023.
‘We had not planned on releasing a statement at this time – certainly not while the television show was airing – but constant speculation about our marriage has, unfortunately, forced our hand.
‘Beyond this statement, we will not be speaking about this matter publicly, and we would request privacy at this time.
‘Our sole focus now is our beautiful daughter. We shall continue to co-parent with nothing but love.’
Since the split, James has been spending time with Mike and his wife Zara at the Rugby World Cup in France.
