Jaime King was seen breaking down in tears while driving in Los Angeles over the weekend.
The Hart of Dixie star, 45, cried at the wheel as she sat in traffic on Sunset Boulevard.
The heartbreaking photos come just weeks after Jaime filed an emergency request for her child and spousal support agreement made with ex-husband Kyle Newman to be changed.
The former couple share sons James Knight, 10, and Leo Thames, eight.
The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles by King on April 15 and stated that the White Chicks actress ‘lacks the ability to pay the support.’

She asked the court to end the spousal agreement that was filed in April 2022.
In the filing, the blonde beauty included social media posts of her ex’s wedding to his current wife, musician Cynthia ‘Cyn’ Nabozny, and examples of his success as a film maker and actor.
Kyle filed a response to Jaime’s petition claiming that she has ‘been out of compliance with the court’s child and spousal support orders for well over a year.’
Newman’s attorney Garry M Gekht issued a statement to People that read: ‘The day trial in this matter was about to commence, Jaime and Kyle entered into a binding agreement resolving all outstanding issues in their divorce, including child and spousal support.
‘The judge made thorough inquiry of the parties on the record to confirm that the written document accurately reflected their agreement, that they understood its terms and, being satisfied from his inquiry, adopted it as the Court’s order,’ the statement continued.
Gekht continued: ‘The Court saw through Jaime’s latest attempt at attempting to get orders by ambush on an emergency basis, agreed with Kyle’s opposition that Jaime’s request lacks merit, and denied her motion in full today.’
When their messy divorce was settled, King was ordered to pay Newman $429 per month in child support.
The custody agreement also called for King to pay her ex an additional 16% of any income above $175,344 per year, to be paid quarterly.
She was also ordered to pay Newman $1,000 per month in spousal support as well as 10% of any income earned over $175,344 per year, also to be paid quarterly.
The payments are scheduled until either party dies or King gets remarried.
