Shane Warne’s son Jackson led celebrity faces at a poker event in honour of his late father on Monday evening.
Jackson, 24, is ambassador for the Warne Celebrity Bounty Event in Sydney, which featured notable participants such as Brendan Fevola and Alex Fevola, Campbell Brown, Willie Mason, Steven Baker, Jeff Fenech, and John Steffensen.
Melbourne entrepreneur Tony Hachem organised the event in tribute to the late cricketer, who was an avid poker player.
In August, Hachem successfully secured a highly profitable multi-million dollar deal that made him the primary shareholder of the Australian Poker Tour (APT) through his company, Hachem Management Group.
The special tournament pays tribute to Shane Warne, and with a generous prize pool of $1.5 million, the event spans eight nights during the ATP National Poker Championships season 6 final.

In addition to organising the event, Tony Hachem, his brother Joe, and sons Daniel and Anthony will participate in the Hachem Deepstack tournament.
‘Jackson is the face of it all and we want to turn tournament poker players into superstars,’ Hachem said.
One of Tony Hachem’s goals is to shift the public perception of tournament poker away from being viewed solely as gambling.

He also has ambitions to free the game from the limitations of casino settings.
Hachem is determined to promote poker as a legitimate sport and sees the potential for televised coverage as well as media and venue partnerships.
His insights stem from his own background as a former Australian Pokerstars Team Pro and his achievement as the back-to-back ANZPT Player of the Year in 2010-2011.

Hachem claims he was inspired by cricket legend Warne in this new venture, as the sporting legend became increasingly involved in poker after retiring from cricket.
‘It was Warnie who first planned the idea of the poker venture in my mind,’ the entrepreneur said.
