Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has revealed that she’s made a major dating mistake while trying to find her Mr Right.
The radio star said on Tuesday’s episode of The Kyle & Jackie O Show that she writes men lengthy texts when she doesn’t want to see them again.
Worse still, she explains there is no romantic spark – a fact that stunned her co-stars.
The 50-year-old’s co-host, Kyle Sandilands, and the show’s newsreader, Brooklyn, chimed in, telling Jackie that her act was ‘worse than ghosting’ someone.
‘Don’t ghost people. You just be truthful and give them closure. Like, tell them, you know? I don’t think it’s hard, you know,’ Jackie said.
‘And I always think people deserve that. Especially if you’ve been out on a date or two and you’ve been talking in the lead up. I can’t imagine ghosting somebody. I’d feel terrible.’

Jackie added: ‘Usually I would say the majority of the time, for me, the romantic spark is missing. So, I tell them that.’
‘That’s really harsh!’ Brooklyn said, while Kyle added, ‘What a moll!’
‘That’s like saying, you’re an okay person, but I’d rather die than have sex with you again. No one wants to hear that,’ Brooklyn added.
‘I didn’t know I was doing that. Honestly, I thought, sometimes you feel it and sometimes you don’t. And so, I thought I was being good by sending this message,’ Jackie explained.
She added friends had told her that her act was ‘so brutal’ and that they’d ‘rather be ghosted.’
Kyle piped up: ‘If I received a message like that from anyone I was pursuing, it would be devastating. I don’t think I’d ever get over it. Ever.’
Jackie was last linked to former toyboy Jack Tyerman – who has since announced his engagement to another woman.
The 30-year-old tradie shared the good news in a joint Instagram post in December, alongside his love Asha Dillon.

Jackie was first romantically linked to the model in August 2023 when he was spotted at her luxury Sydney pad.
An insider suggested the ‘hot tradie’ was furious about the KIIS FM host mentioning him in her book, according to The Daily Telegraph.
Jackie’s marriage to her ex-husband Lee Henderson fell apart in 2018. They share one daughter Kitty.
Speaking on The Kyle and Jackie Show, the mother-of-one hinted that a lack of spontaneous romance in their relationship was a catalyst for the split.
