Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has undergone quite the transformation in recent years, but the radio star shocked onlookers when she looked half her age at the ARN Upfronts on Wednesday.
While fans speculate on how the 50-year-old maintains her youthful appearance, one beauty expert says the secret isn’t as simple as a ‘one-off procedure’.
Dominika Gialouris of Body Sculpting Clinics tells Daily Mail that Jackie’s glow-up could be a mixture of ‘well-timed maintenance’ and ‘subtle surgical enhancements’.
‘Jackie truly looks incredible. You can tell she looks after herself. She’s glowing and has aged exceptionally well,’ Dominika says.
‘While I obviously can’t confirm any specific procedures without having treated her personally, what I can say, from a professional standpoint, is that transformations like this are nearly always the result of strategic, well-timed maintenance rather than dramatic one-off procedures.’
Dominika goes on to point out Jackie’s recent weight loss, which she has openly addressed, can also create a dramatic effect on ‘facial definition’.

Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, 50, has undergone quite the glamorous transformation in recent years, with the radio star looking half her age at the ARN Upfronts on Wednesday
Jackie publicly showed off her slimmed-down figure in 2023 after she shed 18kg, and has maintained her trim frame ever since.
‘Weight loss can enhance facial definition and bone structure, but can also make volume loss more apparent, which is where ongoing maintenance treatments can help to maintain balance and softness,’ Dominika says.
‘In most women around that age group, we typically see a combination of non-surgical collagen stimulation, subtle volume restoration, and skin tightening, and in some cases, minor surgical refinements.
‘Things like eyelid lifts, lip lifts, or contouring procedures that enhance structure while keeping the overall look very natural.’
Dominika says eyelid and lip lifts have become increasingly popular ‘because they often involve a faster recovery time’.
‘Techniques are evolving rapidly across the aesthetic industry,’ she adds.
‘Around our mid-40s through to 50s, the biggest concern is often skin laxity and sagging, and this is where newer, more subtle techniques such as upper lip lifts and blepharoplasty (eyelid lifts) are gaining popularity.
‘Newer techniques for lower face lifts are also increasingly sought after to address volume loss and early jowling, helping to lift, refine, and restore jawline contours without the need for a traditional full facelift, although there is still a place for those procedures when appropriate.’

‘These advancements reflect the direction the industry is heading,’ she adds.
Dominika goes on to caution non-surgical treatments should be ‘performed by highly skilled, experienced practitioners’, while surgical procedures should be ‘carried out by qualified, specialist surgeons’.
‘Artistry and precision make all the difference between looking refreshed and looking overdone,’ she says.
‘The goal today isn’t to look “done”; it’s to look refined, rested, and confident.
‘When treatments are layered carefully over time and done by the right practitioners the results can be timeless.’
Jackie has previously confessed to her radio listeners she does receive some cosmetic procedures to maintain her visage.
Earlier this year, she confessed to her co-workers at The Kyle and Jackie O Show that she occasionally gets Botox.
‘I just get Botox. I’ve gotten lucky with that. I do have lines though. I definitely do,’ she said, adding that she has smile lines.

In addition to using Botox, which removes wrinkles by temporarily paralysing facial muscles, Jackie has been known to splash out on various spa treatments.
She has been known to visit the Venustus day spa in Paddington, Sydney, where she enjoys a two-hour package worth $707 that includes breath work, a massage and a sound bath.
It comes after Jackie stunned onlookers on Wednesday when she looked utterly ageless as she stepped out at the ARN Upfronts at Star Casino in Sydney.
She walked the carpet with her shock jock co-host Kyle Sandilands, flaunting her flawless visage as she posed for photos.
The KIIS FM power duo, who are expanding their hit breakfast show to Perth in 2026, looked effortlessly coordinated in matching monochrome ensembles.
Jackie flashed her wealth as she arrived in a $12,050 outfit, stunning the crowd in a belted charcoal midi-dress worth $2,250 by Christopher Esber.
She paired the frock, which featured statement shoulders, with a pair of pointed white designer heels from Jimmy Choo, worth approximately $1,500.
Jackie finished her glamorous look with two silver anklets worth $3,200 each ($6,400 in total) and two $950 pendants ($1,900 in total), all by Olivia Bond.
