Jackie O and Manager Spark Lunch Drama in Bondi

 has a bit of spare time on her hands after the implosion of The Kyle and Jackie O show. 

The 51-year-old stepped out with her bestie and manager Gemma O'Neill on Thursday, with the pair enjoying an upmarket lunch date at trendy Bondi Beach restaurant, Bills. 

The women were engaged in an animated discussion as they strolled together, with Jackie accentuating her point by using her hands. 

Both pals opted for pale outfits, with Jackie choosing a boho camisole in a semi-sheer white fabric. 

She added a wide-leg pair of trousers that matched her top and had on a pair of brown sandals. 

Jackie slung a green designer handbag over her arm and wore Rayban sunglasses. 

The radio queen opted for a clean makeup look with a pink lipstick and wore her hair in loose waves. 

Gemma, meanwhile, went for a cream ensemble consisting of a matching shirt and mini skirt, as well as a crossbody bag.   

Jackie appeared relaxed despite the recent termination of her $100 million contract at KIIS FM.

The radio queen had eight years and $88 million left to pay on the deal, which earned her a whopping $10 million a year.

Her radio career remains in limbo as the fallout from her feud with co-star Kyle Sandilands continues. 

It comes after news that Henderson has snubbed Meghan Markle's upcoming retreat as the fallout over her shock KIIS FM exit continues.

The radio star's manager Gemma revealed this week that the will be the headline guest at the inaugural Her Best Life Retreat, a three-day event organised by the events company Besties, founded by O'Neill and Henderson.

However, Henderson has chosen to snub the event, to keep the spotlight firmly on O'Neill.

Speaking about the upcoming retreat in the latest episode of Her Best Life, O'Neill said that she almost said 'no' to the opportunity to host the Duchess until confiding her apprehension to Henderson.  

'I feel really excited because I did go through a period, I will admit, that I actually almost said no, and I actually spoke to Jackie about it,' she said.

Gemma added that she begged the broadcaster to helm the event, but to no avail.

'I tried to beg her to come and do it, or I tried to beg her to come and, like, take over the event,' she continued.

'She was adamant, and she said: "No, Gemma. You need to do this for yourself. This is meant to be for you".'

O'Neill said that Henderson's reason for eschewing the event was to give O'Neill a chance to break out of her 'private' shell. 

'She said: "I know you don't want to do it, and I know you're nervous because you're very private and you hate doing things",' O'Neill explained.

'"You like having career things happening behind the scenes, but you hate being front and centre", which I think you guys know.

The three-day event is organised by the events company Besties, founded by O'Neill and Henderson
