Jade Goody’s widower Jack Tweed has revealed he is getting remarried to girlfriend Ellie Sargeant, 15 years after his first wife’s death.
Jack, 36, tied the knot in a very emotional wedding ceremony with Jade – who was 27 at the time – a month before she died from cervical cancer in March 2009.
But the TV star is ready to embrace a new chapter as he confirmed his intentions to tie the knot with his partner Ellie, 29.
Speaking to The Mirror, Jack said: ‘This is love again. I never thought I would find it. But 15 years on from Jade passing away, I feel like I’ve found love once more. I’ve taken my time – I couldn’t rush.’
He added: ‘I will always love Jade. That will never change. She was my first love. We shared so many happy memories and heartbreaking ones as well – especially towards the last few months.

‘But I know she’d want me to be happy, she told me that. I finally feel able to move on. It was about finding the right time.’
Jack – who is now an electrician – didn’t shy away from admitting marriage is ‘absolutely’ something he is thinking about, as well as having children.
He confessed he had not ‘felt right’ about marriage since Jade died as it was such a ‘heartbreak’ for both him and the public – admitting time has ‘healed a lot’.
The former TV star met Ellie in 2022 through mutual friends in Essex, and the couple went public with their relationship in September of the same year.
Jack rose to fame in 2007 when he took part in Celebrity Big Brother alongside Jade but after her death two years later, he suffered a heavy depression and turned to alcohol.
But things have certainly took a turn for Jack, who admitted Ellie knew it was going to be hard being in a relationship with someone who used to be in the spotlight.
Now leading a more modest life, he is looking forward to fatherhood, saying having children ‘would be amazing’.
A source previously told MailOnline: ‘Jack has really fallen for Ellie. They already share a close bond and are totally smitten with each other.

‘It’s still early days but pals believe they have a great chance of a future together.’
Jack split from ex-girlfriend Alee Jeffreys in 2021 – whom he met on social media.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star said the relationship was his ‘most serious’ since Jade’s death in 2009.
He previously admitted he found relationships hard because he was ‘always comparing’ girlfriends with Jade.
He also had some kind words for his stepsons Bobby, 20, and Freddie, 19, as he gushed over their success in the limelight and said they remind him very much of Jade.

Earlier last month, Jack has urged Bobby and Freddie not to go on Celebrity Big Brother after revealing how life fell apart after their own appearance back in 2007.
ITV producers are hoping to capitalize on the success of last year’s series by reviving its celebrity spin-off – six years after it aired on Channel 5.
He said: ‘My advice would be to stay well clear. It is not worth it. Me and Jade did not have a great experience. It ended in disaster.
‘I did not feel comfortable in that experience at all. You feel very exposed. It’s constant. It feels enclosed. We met a few nice people but I would not recommend it.
‘It caused a lot of problems. If they asked me what I think having been on it myself I would say avoid it.
‘It was constant boredom. I’d wake up and have a shower and then wonder what to do next. It was soul-destroying at times. It was tough.’
Jack said both of Jade’s sons are ‘flying’ and appearing on the show would not be worth the ‘risk’.

He added: ‘Jade would be so proud of both of them. I know I am. That show caused major problems. It was a total nightmare.
‘They are both doing brilliantly, it just would not be worth the risk. I am sure that is also the official advice they will be getting.
‘These reality shows sound great for young and upcoming people but they have negative sides as well. It’s not all they are meant to be.’
