Island Boys star Franky Venegas had allegedly been found with fentanyl as well as ‘unprescribed’ medication shortly before his New Year’s Eve arrest.
The 24-year-old was taken into custody on Wednesday in Collier County on a charge of drug paraphernalia and was held without bond on a 24-hour hold, per TMZ.
Venegas had been driving in the state of Florida with a female companion when the pair were pulled over by officers for a routine traffic stop, according to a sheriff’s report obtained by TMZ on Friday.
But police opted to search the car due to their alleged questionable behavior.
Law enforcement allegedly discovered a bag that contained unprescribed Zolpidem tartrate – which is most commonly known as Ambien – as well as pills that had been prescribed to Venegas’ female companion.
Police also came across the star’s debit card which was allegedly coated in fentanyl residue, and a cut straw that also allegedly tested positive for fentanyl.
Daily Mail has reached out to Venegas for comment, but did not immediately hear back.

Venegas was arrested in the city of Naples and booked on a charge of drug paraphernalia.
The woman that had also been in the car with the star was additionally booked for possession of the unprescribed Zolpidem tartrate.
Law enforcement previously told TMZ that Venegas was being held without bond on a 24-hour hold because he was already out on bond from a February arrest tied to a firearm with an altered serial number.
That previous case also involved alleged drugs, though the narcotics charge was later dropped.
Venegas – who also goes by the name of Kodiyakredd – rose to fame in 2021 with twin brother Alex thanks to their viral hit I’m an Island Boy.
The rapper’s legal troubles have mounted since, with past arrests for domestic battery, reckless driving, and driving without a license.
Authorities report the February arrest earlier last year began when officers stopped a yellow Corvette for a traffic violation.
During the stop, police allegedly discovered suspected Oxycodone on the passenger floorboard and a spray-painted handgun with no serial number, along with other paraphernalia.

Venegas reportedly denied owning the pills, claiming he had a prescription he couldn’t present.
The arrest comes hot on the heels of the brothers revealing just how much cash they raked in for their controversial OnlyFans stunt – locking lips with each other in a video that shocked the internet.
The twins first exploded onto the scene in 2021 when a clip of them singing went viral on X, quickly amassing millions of followers.
Capitalizing on their online fame, they launched an OnlyFans account and filmed a video in which they kissed each other, sparking widespread outrage.
At a press conference promoting his MMA cage fight in April, Kodiyakredd claimed he made ‘millions of dollars’ from the smooch.
According to LadBible, he later said that the stunt earned him $6 million, while his twin pocketed $8 million.

The siblings have previously admitted their kiss was purely a publicity and money-making move.
Kodiyakredd told The Wild Podcast in February of last year, ‘I was in a very vulnerable state. I didn’t want to do the kissing thing,’ adding, ‘I didn’t want to admit that I only had $40,000 to my name.’
Back in 2023, he defended the controversial stunt, saying, ‘We’re twin brothers, we came out of the womb together, we grew up together. It’s not really disgusting if it’s twins.’
He also described the moment itself, adding, ‘We kind of just made out or whatever, we kissed and then we just like look the other way for a few minutes and couldn’t like, look at each other, but it wasn’t that big of a deal – just a kiss.’
