The model, 28, took to Instagram on Monday sharing a number of candid selfies in her bra and underwear, as she discussed her outlook on her postpartum physique.
The daughter of Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger told her followers that losing weight after giving birth was ‘hard’ and that she still had ‘binge’ days, but that it’s important to go at your own pace.
‘9 months postpartum and I’m far from where I want to be but I’m over the hump and finally finding time to get this a** into shape,’ she wrote in her caption.
‘Not necessarily working out everyday, but making strides to be more consistent. Walk more. Move more. Just wanted to do a solidarity post with anyone who’s having a tough time getting inspired to change bad habits/work on yourself.’

‘I still have days where I binge eat an entire box of Girl Scout cookies for dinner but that’s ok! It took 7-9 months to even start to lose any baby weight or care to… and anyone who makes you feel bad for going at your own pace or not being enough can suck it.’

Ireland shared four bathroom mirror selfies in the post, as she showed off her figure from the side and from the front.
Her blonde hair was pulled into a bun and she appeared to be makeup free in the snaps.

Ireland — who was recently left out of her stepmother Hilaria Baldwin’s Valentine’s Day post — gave birth to Holland on May 18, 2023, sharing her daughter with her boyfriend, the Grammy-winning musician RAC (real name is André Allen Anjos).
The couple began dating in 2021 and are generally very private about their relationship.
The family of three reside in Oregon, where Ireland moved several years ago to escape the Hollywood lifestyle.
Ireland and RAC broke the news that she was expecting on New Year’s Eve, wishing the fans: ‘Happy New Year’ with a sonogram on social media.
Her pregnancy included a burlesque-themed baby shower thrown at the Hollywood strip club Jumbo’s Clown Room.
But the process of welcoming her firstborn child was not all fun and games for Ireland.’
‘Pregnancy is hard,’ she wrote on Instagram in January. ‘It takes so much out of you. I wasn’t ready for that. I’ve always wanted a baby with the right person.’
Said the new mom: ‘I really struggled in my pregnancy as many of us do. Not just by puking everywhere. I don’t miss that. As someone who suffers tremendously from health anxiety, pregnancy shifted everything into overdrive.’
