Insiders say the partnership was never as poreless as the PR made it out to be.
Rumours of tension swirled when Ella stepped back from media appearances and brand partnerships, leaving Katelin front and centre – exactly where she liked it.
Sources say Katelin – the daughter of Rob Gregg, founder of medical supply firm Mondeal Aesthetics – always fancied herself the CEO, while Ella was the creative spark.
Now, with Ella ‘moving overseas’ – a phrase whispered with more than a little suspicion – Katelin has wasted no time rebranding Fayshell as a solo venture on TikTok.
It’s the kind of takeover you don’t see coming – unless, of course, you know Katelin. To call her ambitious would be like calling Everest a hill.

And as proof of her commitment, she is now studying dermal therapy to stay on top of all the latest treatments.

The fun-sized realtor, 34, was spotted leaving a swish gym last week with London socialite Ruby Adler, 29, and insiders say the pair looked very much smitten.
Their public outing follows Ruby’s announcement that she now has an Australian talent manager, which suggests their romance is more serious than a holiday fling.

I spoke to a friend of the couple who confirmed the reports were indeed true, and offered some insight into why the wheels came off.
‘He was too young for her,’ they told me.
‘Eight years is too much when the woman is older, especially at that age.’
Megan, 33, who has a history of short-lived flings with famous men, was said to be hoping Angus, 25, might prove different to the ones who came before.
Instead, insiders say the relationship fizzled once the initial glamour wore off.
