Rachel Stevens’ stunning new home has been revealed following the breakdown of her marriage and split from boyfriend as she plans renovation works.
The S Club 7 star, 47, admitted this week she is still grieving the end of her marriage – three years after her split from property mogul husband Alex Bourne.
She was married to Alex – the father of her two children – for five years before they divorced in 2022 and she went on to date her Dancing on Ice co-star Brendyn Hatfield.
However, Rachel and pro skater Brendyn, 40, split last month and her ex-husband Alex is now preparing to welcome a baby with his art dealer wife Lily, 31.
As Rachel attempts to move on, she has purchased an incredible four bedroom, semi-detached house for an eye-watering £1.1million.
The property is flooded with natural light and boasts an open plan layout on the downstairs between the kitchen, dinning and living rooms.

It also features a reception room on the ground floor, along with a shower and a ‘substantial’ garden according to the house listing before its sale.
The garden has high fences, giving Rachel privacy from the neighbouring houses.
After settling in, Rachel now plans to convert the adjacent garage into a utility and study room.
In a statement submitted by planners, they say: ‘There are a number of houses that have altered their garages into habitable spaces and there is not one particular character or uniformity to the houses on the street.
‘The proposal is similar to others that have been approved on the street and will sit comfortably in the street scene.’
The Sun also report the Reach singer also wants to add a roof light to her loft conversation.
She has also applied for planning permission to move a plant bed in her front garden to allow for two cars in her driveway.
Rachel had purchased the London property in October last year after the previous owner failed to obtain permission to convert the abode into three separate flats.

In a new interview, Rachel said she struggled to come to terms with the end of her previous relationship because she buried her feelings.
Speaking to HELLO!’s Second Act podcast, Rachel explained: ‘From some days to the next, some days you feel empowered, you feel like: “Yes, I’ve got this” and then other days you feel like you just wanna cry under the duvet and hide.
‘I went from being married and then went into another long relationship, and I don’t know if I actually fully grieved the loss of my marriage. I constantly felt like my nervous system was on fight or flight.’
She continued: ‘For a long time, I put the smile on and turned up and became the person that I thought I should be and got very lost along the way.
‘And now after real sort of experience of divorce, being a parent, with heart break it’s only really suddenly I have to build those foundations. I [put a lid on my feelings] and just sort of numbed myself because the feelings were just too much.
‘When I feel anything that’s sort of very emotional I withdraw, I isolate – so I’m really learning to reach out and be gentle and nurturing with myself. I don’t have to be anything other than what I am.’

Despite Rachel being newly single, she hasn’t given up on love as she is still a ‘hopeless romantic’.
She said: ‘I’ve always been a relationship girl. I’m such a romantic and I love love. I want that movie love. [I’m] a hopeless romantic.’
The singer went on to admit she’s looking forward to turning 50 in a few years’ time, adding: ‘You should celebrate every year. I like the power of being wise and emotionally more mature.
‘[Going forward] I want to trust and believe in myself. But that’s work in progress; we’ve never arrived. You can just do your best every day.’
