Selling Sunset had a special episode for fans as they kicked off the new series with an inside look at JoJo Siwa’s $4million mansion.
The Netflix hit has returned and the Dance Moms star, 22, was seen showing off her impressive home, complete with JoJo’s signature sparkles and rhinestones.
It was revealed earlier this year that JoJo had accepted an offer on her home and walked away with $4.1 million for the sprawling six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion.
The Celebrity Big Brother star, who is now dating Chris Hughes, bought the property in 2019 when she was just 16-years-old.
And in the new series she enlists the help of Oppenheim Group’s Chrishell Stause to sell her home.
Known for her quirky style, JoJo’s house doesn’t disappoint with a multi-coloured bedazzled rhinestone piano the centre of the marble hallway.

Moving into the dining room, the singer doesn’t have an ordinary table or chairs but rather a table made up of a colourful tropical fish tank.
With a beautiful swooping spiral staircase, the main bedroom and bathroom are also effortlessly stylish, complete with walk in wardrobes and a fireplace.
Chrishell also made sure to keep the iconic JoJo Siwa merchandise room, complete with all the children’s memorabilia from earlier in the star’s career.
Meanwhile outside the property includes a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and even a basketball court.
She is believed to have filmed the scenes for the show back in November 2024.
The mansion sits on the corner of a street in a quiet neighborhood, and was previously featured on MTV Cribs after JoJo purchased the estate.
In the clip, eye-catching decorations were placed throughout the mansion, from colorful bows to a large unicorn in the foyer.
JoJo also had a slime room, rainbow room and a psychedelic bedroom that was filled with a whopping 4,000lbs of candy.

While living in the Tarzana home, she faced a few incidents, including getting swatted twice.
Swatting is when an individual makes a hoax phone call to emergency services to report on false crimes – and has been a federal crime since 2015.
During an interview with E! News, the dancer revealed, ‘I got swatted two nights ago. I haven’t told anybody about this yet. But basically, I showed up to my house, there was four police cars outside.’
She further recalled, ‘The police asked me, he was like, “Why do you not have security with you in this moment?”‘
‘And I was like, “Cause I haven’t needed it yet.” But now, I do really need it every day with me. So it definitely has changed in the last month, two months, I guess, since Karma came out. It’s been fun to say the least.’
JoJo and her mansion were previously the victim of swatting three years earlier in 2021. The incident occurred only hours after she came out as LGBTQ+.

At the time, she said on social media, ‘My fear was that I thought somebody was in the house and I didn’t know about it. That’s what I was scared about! Or somebody like came to hide and they came through our backyard.’
During an Instagram Live on her friend Nate Javier’s account, Jojo added, ‘Never prank the police that is the most wrong thing to do. It’s very, very, very illegal.’
‘The police were saying somebody had called and made a claim and then, all of a sudden, paparazzi came from around the corner.’
The media personality continued, ‘I love the support. However, you know, you could’ve just hung outside my house and I would’ve eventually come outside.’
‘Those police could’ve had a much better time spent somewhere else actually helping somebody, instead of dealing with a fake claim from paparazzi.’
And in May 2023, Jojo revealed that her mansion had been ransacked and shared footage of masked burglars entering her home.
While it is not known if Siwa was inside the property at the time, she assured fans that her ‘family and pups are safe. Most important thing to me.’
The police arrived to the Tarzana mansion after being alerted by the alarm company, but the burglars had escaped the scene before officers got there.
