Steph Claire Smith was slammed by fans on Monday when she shared explicit details about her sex life with husband Josh Miller.
The influencer, 30, recounted a recent sex injury on her KICPOD podcast and spared no grisly detail – leaving her Instagram followers cringing.
Her extremely graphic story about a sex toy mishap attracted backlash online from listeners who said Steph should ‘keep it to herself’ and stop ‘attention seeking’.
‘What happens with your husband in the bedroom should stay in the bedroom… where is the respect and privacy these days?’ one person commented.
‘Oh gosh. Keep it to yourself. This overly outward sexual chat is so overdone and attention seeking,’ another added.
A third wrote, ‘It’s 7 in the morning’, while someone else said the explicit podcast segment was ‘weird and awkward’.
Other fans said they found it ‘strange’ Steph and her co-host Laura Henshaw have decided to start ‘speaking openly’ about their sex lives.
‘I just don’t find it very appealing and I definitely wouldn’t want my daughter listening to this kind of content. Sad because I really looked up to you both,’ they said.

‘Harvey will love this in the future,’ added another sarcastically, referring to Steph’s three-year-old son she shares with Miller.
Someone else fumed: ‘Desperate for attention and listeners. Your podcast is boring. You need to [go] back to the drawing board. Be more creative.’
Despite the backlash, some loyal fans came to Steph’s defence and slammed her naysayers, saying they loved hearing the influencer being open about her personal life.
‘Comment section is lame! I appreciate you being open about [sex]. Give the people what they want (at least those of us who aren’t lame),’ one person wrote.
Another said: ‘The comments are just as funny as [the] snippet! This is nothing that normal gfs don’t talk about, they are just extending it to us, I am here for it.’
‘Had the biggest giggle listening to this at work. Love it!’ a third added, while one user said Steph’s critics were ‘pathetic’.
Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Steph’s representatives for comment.
It’s the second time in as many months the health and fitness influencer has received backlash from her follows.

Steph hit back at critics in early September when she came under fire for going to the gym with her toddler son Harvey.
She shared a video of herself at the gym with her son in tow, prompting mum-shaming trolls to criticise her for not going without Harvey another time.
One follower commented: ‘If it was your day with him, why did you need to go to the gym. Wouldn’t you want to do fun things with him?’
In a since-deleted TikTok post and Instagram reel, Steph clapped back at her critics, saying she didn’t ‘need someone else’s judgement’.
She fumed: ‘If it’s not how you parent, fine, but casting this kind of judgement publicly is just so unnecessary.
‘This comment was on my latest reel, where I showed myself getting a gym workout in, and taking Harvey with me for the first time ever.’
Steph also insisted that making time to exercise is not a selfish act for a parent to do and suggested that taking a toddler to the gym was a way to instill a healthy lifestyle.
