AFL star Caleb Poulter and his influencer girlfriend Sam Guggenheimer have called time on their relationship after two and a half years of dating.
Sam, 23, confirmed the heartbreaking news on Monday in the latest episode of her Just For Girls podcast, revealing the relationship had ‘run its course’.
‘Caleb and I are no longer together. I had a beautiful relationship, and I will cherish our relationship for the rest of my life but things happen,’ she began.
The influencer was quick to dismiss rumours that someone had been wrong, stating they just grew apart naturally.
‘Nothing bad ever happened in our relationship. No one cheated. Setting that straight, no one did anything wrong. It just ran its course.’

She then said she wished Caleb, 21, all the best for the future: ‘I have nothing but love and respect for this guy.’
Sam and the Western Bulldogs star began dating in May 2021, when he was playing for Collingwood.
Their relationship was marked by its ups and downs.

In July, the pair took to social media to announce the passing of their beloved kitten, Douglas.
Sam announced the sad news in an Instagram post on, revealing that their ‘little boy’ had moved on.
‘Heaven gained a little angel baby today,’ wrote the partner of the Western Bulldogs player.
‘Words cannot describe how much this little tiny kitten changed our life for such a short period of time,’ she continued.
‘He filled a space in our heart we didn’t know was missing. He will be our little boy forever,’ she went on.
