She revealed just days ago that she is going through 'one of the most traumatic circumstances' of her life.

But was putting on a brave face Wednesday night as she stepped out for a fashion event, showcasing her signature bold style despite her personal struggles.

The 35-year-old model and social media personality cut a striking figure in a plunging black fringed halter dress, leaving little to the imagination.

She paired the look with a black cowboy hat adorned with a leopard-print panel and an array of silver jewellery including stacked rings, bracelets, and a dramatic choker.

She completed the western-inspired look with fluffy grey knee-high boots, appearing composed and confident as she posed for photographers at the event.

The outing comes just days after Imogen sparked concern among fans with a series of candid Instagram Stories in which she admitted she is 'mentally and physically struggling, every single day' and has 'never needed the support of her circle more.'

The former girlfriend of shock jock Kyle Sandilands did not reveal the cause of her distress.

'I've recently been through and am still in one of the most traumatic circumstances in my life... I'm not okay,' Imogen wrote on Monday. 

She cryptically added: 'Maybe I'll talk about it one day, maybe I won't, but my heart continues to bleed as I continue to breathe.'

She also posted a short video showing a close-up of her eyes as she shed tears, a rare moment of vulnerability from the usually outspoken star.

The post sent fans into a frenzy, with many speculating the revelation may be connected to her marriage to Harley Jones, whom she wed in a Las Vegas ceremony in 2022.

The couple have not publicly addressed the swirling breakup rumours.

Despite her personal struggles, Imogen operates the Crimson Peak Animal Sanctuary in New South Wales and has continued to be a visible figure on the social scene.

Wednesday's fashion appearance suggested the star is determined to maintain a sense of normalcy even as she navigates what she described as an ongoing ordeal.
