I’m A Celebrity’s Fred Sirieix wowed viewers with his shirtless scenes on Wednesday night’s episode as he worked out with Marvin Humes.
The First Dates star showed off his very buff physique and defined physique, leaving co-star Josie Gibson very flustered indeed.
The 51-year-old’s chiselled good looks are in part thanks to a very rigorous workout routine that sees him complete 301 press-ups every single day.
He showed off the results of his pre-camp makeover after he let off some steam with the JLS star following his tense argument with fellow campmate Nella Rose.
On the outside world, Fred attends boxing classes with former British and European champion Clinton McKenzie, frequently sparring with his son Matteo-Lucien in training sessions.

Clinton claims that his intense sessions can burn over 1,000 calories each time.
However, Fred doesn’t seem to adopt any specific diet, frequently treating himself to a glass of wine and enjoying all types of food with Gino D’Acampo and Gordon Ramsay on their travel and food show.
As Fred is often on the road while filming for Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip, it means he has to manage his workouts without using any fancy equipment.
He often leaves fans swooning while stripping off for the show, including when he went skinny dipping in a pond in Texas in 2020.
Fred previously revealed to MailOnline that by lunchtime he would have completed 50 minutes of exercise on a typical day.
He explained: ‘Between 9am and 1pm I will have done 50 minutes of work, press-ups, squats, some core and strength exercises.
‘It’s a way of life, I have always done sports and if I don’t do it I feel fidgety and I need to exercise. It’s important for my head, the romans used to say a healthy mind, a healthy body. The older you get, the more you realise how important it is.’
Adhering to a strenuous fitness regime may be the norm for the maître d’hôtel, but he doesn’t stop challenging himself, which is the same hardworking mentality he’s passed onto his gold medal-winning daughter, Olympic diver Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix.

Committed! Fred makes sure to complete 301 press-ups every day
He said: ‘I do 301 press-ups everyday but not in one go. In 10 minutes, I do 30 on the minute every minute for 10 minutes and then one more.
‘When I started, I could hardly do 20 in one go and then the maximum I could do was 50, it took me six months to a year to get there, every day.
‘There is this guy in America that does 2,222 pushups every day, Chef Rush, and he does that for veterans that have come back from the war and have PTSD so, I thought okay, let me see what I can do, and I came up with the 301 number.
‘I do it when I travel along with my squats, shadow boxing, my pushups, I can exercise and do it in two square metres.’
In January Fred shared another glimpse into a workout day, revealing he had interspersed a total of 30 minutes of cycling with boxes, squats and reverse lunges.
He described his diet as ‘varied, balanced and healthy’ to The Sun, adding that if he has fried food one day, he will try not to eat it the next.

Things have been tense in camp for Fred after his row with Nella Rose, after she fell Fred during Tuesday’s episode when he told her he was ‘old enough to be her father’.
Nella shocked viewers when she lashed out at Fred for his comments, branding him a ‘weirdo’ and claiming she would not speak to him or eat any food prepared by him for the remainder of her time in camp.
Following the row, Fred and Marvin let off some steam with a workout, switching weights for rocks they had found nearby.
