I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Australia viewers have threatened to boycott the Channel Ten series amid reports the Irwins are attempting to take it over.
Daily Mail Australia exclusively revealed on Saturday that ‘mumager’ Terri Irwin may be attempting to secure a co-host position for Bindi alongside Robert next year.
Though Channel Ten have denied the rumours, fans have flocked together with threats they’ll never watch the show again if Terri, 60, installs her kids as sole hosts.
‘Another reason to avoid Channel 10,’ one disgruntled Facebook user wrote, while someone else added: ‘That’s one way to tank the show.’
Others commented, ‘The end,’ and: ‘RIP Channel 10, you have lost the plot.’
‘No way, Bindi, let this be Robert’s time to shine. Don’t take this from him,’ yet another begged.
Several others said they’d rather see the whole show be cancelled than Julia Morris be supplanted by the Irwins.
‘If that’s the case then cancel the whole show in my opinion. I’m sure I won’t be watching it,’ a viewer commented.

‘I won’t be watching it, couldn’t get any worse…’ another agreed.
More furious messages rolled in soon after, including, ‘Couldn’t stand it,’ ‘Hope not!’ and, ‘Got to be kidding,’ alongside angry emoji reactions.
‘No thanks, don’t like either of them. If [Bindi does take over], people will never watch it,’ one user commented.
Another wrote: ‘What? They only know about animals. They are excellent on the animal farm they own. TV has real people.’

The uproar comes just days after Daily Mail Australia revealed Bindi, 26, could be set to step in and host I’m A Celebrity Australia alongside her younger brother Robert.
Conservationist Robert, 20, made a glowing impression on fans when he took over as co-host of I’m A Celebrity this year alongside longtime presenter Julia Morris.
He nabbed two Logies nominations just months after his big debut, and is up against TV veteran Julia, 56, in the most popular presenter and personality categories.
Amid his huge success, rumours have started swirling that Terri is pushing for Bindi to join the franchise as Robert’s co-host in 2025 – which Channel 10 has denied.

An insider told Daily Mail Australia: ‘I’d say someone at Ten is looking at how they can guarantee I’m A Celebrity’s return for the next ten years and that is why there is the potential for the Irwins to completely take over the celebrity-based-competition.’
Mumager Terri, who runs Australia Zoo with her two children, is said to be keen to see Bindi join Robert as co-host to give the reality show a ‘refresh’.
‘Terri would have more control over the show and this would be an exciting refresh of the brand,’ the source continued.
‘The Irwins would love to contribute their passion and positivity to the show and create more awareness of our natural world.’

The insider also claimed Robert’s recent appearance on The Project to interview his older sister Bindi was a ‘screen test’ to check on their on-screen hosting chemistry.
They shared: ‘These things aren’t a mistake. They don’t happen by accident and this was a great opportunity to see what the chemistry would be like if executives put them together in the jungle. Australia watched a live screen test.’
However, Channel 10 denied the claims as they insisted there are no plans to replace Julia as Robert’s co-host.
A spokesperson said: ‘There is no truth to this rumour. Julia Morris is synonymous with I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! and our viewers love her.
‘The chemistry between Robert and Julia in the jungle this year has really resonated with audiences.
‘They’re both nominated for the TV Week Gold Logie, the third time for Julia, and both are also up for the Bert Newton Award for Most Popular Presenter, so we know this hosting combo is a hit with fans.’
Daily Mail Australia has contacted the Irwins’ representatives for comment.
