Elsewhere in tuesday’s episode, Melvin Odoom became the fourth contestant to be voted off this year’s show.
After two weeks in the Australian jungle living off rice and beans, the radio 1 DJ was unable to secure the public vote and was greeted by his sister, Toyah.
His exit from the Jungle comes after he and the former Strictly Come Dancing professional, Oti Mabuse, won 12 stars on his first Bushtucker Trial.
During his time on the show, he did not keep his admiration for Countdown’s Carol Vorderman a secret after his luxury item was a pillow with the 63-year-old presenter’s face on it.

The bold fashion choice quickly became the talk of the night, with viewers flooding social media with their amused reactions.
After Melvin roleplayed asking Carole out on the ITV show, the former I’m A Celebrity campmate played into the romance and she sent a voicenote to I’m A Celebrity… Unpacked: ‘Jungle man, keep doing what you are doing, you’re doing a brilliant job. see you on the other side.’
The following day, Carol took to her Instagram and shared the clip of Melvin revealing his crush on her and her response.
Alongside the post, she penned: ‘Well hello Melvin Odoom, or shall I say Melvin Vorderman or Jungle Man which sounds very much like Vorder Man?
‘I’m having so much fun watching the campmates having a joke with Melvin in the jungle and you did a great impression. So what do you think guys?’
After 18 days in the camp, Melvin told the show’s hosts Ant and Dec: ‘I was ready to go. It’s been a really wild experience ups and downs. I love every single person in there. You could spend time with anyone and they had your back. I had a few days when I was quiet and they checked on me. Oti is my girl, Danny and Bazza.’
His top three to win the show were Barry McGuigan, Danny Jones and Oti Mabuse and asked people to vote for them.
When greeting his sister on the bridge, he asked concerned: ‘How was it? Was it ok?’ and she consoled him, ‘You were great, we love you, everyone loves you.’

‘There was a lot of rain some days but I adapted to it, you get used to your days out there. I surprised myself, I learnt I’ve got quite a caring nature, I always wanted to make sure camp was ok, so that’s what I’ve learned about me.
‘Oti is like my sister in there, she had my back at all times. She reminded me of my sister who i am close to, she always made me feel comfortable and she was positive at all times and she’s really funny.
Melvin went on to discuss Dean not pulling his weight, and said: ‘No comment, he’s my boy so I don’t want to throw him to the wolves but he didn’t like doing that job so he was always doing his own thing, like having a shower.
On Carol, he said: ‘She’s seriously brushing? What is the Jungle man thing about?’
