Half of the I’m A Celebrity campmates took on the latest trial Barbaric Barbershop during the latest episode on Thursday.
However, as Fred, Marvin, Frankie, Josie and Danielle attempted to get 10 stars between them, they only managed to secure four.
The celebrities had to take a seat in one of the barber chairs and place their head in a box which was filled with creators.
They then need to use their tongue to remove the star pieces from inside the box and complete a puzzle to gain the meals for camp.
Ant explained: ‘The aim of the game is simple, to use the star pieces to form a star shape and place it in your barbershop chair.’

Dec added: ‘As you can see, each star has been split into two unique pieces. You need to find the two pieces that go together to form your star.
‘However, all the pieces have been jumbled up. So the pieces in your box might not be for your stars. So you’re going to have to pass them between each other to complete the stars. And, be careful, if you drop a piece, it’s gone.’
Inside their boxes, Fred and Marvin were joined by snakes, Frankie had cockroaches, Josie had spiders while Danielle was joined by rats.
As the trial started, Frankie was quick to release his first star however, Josie was so frightened of the spiders she jumped straight out of her chair and shouted ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!’
Josie is the third celebrity to quit a trial this series following Nella Rose and Nigel Farage quitting their respective challenges previously.
Dec updated the remaining celebrities: ‘You’ve got a possible six stars now, because you lose the two in her chair and the pieces in her box. Six maximum now.’
Marvin told his campmates: ‘I’m ready to swap, not any of mine makes a star.’
Marvin got one star as Ant said: ‘This is getting very confusing,’ while Dec added: ‘There’s lots of different tactics.’
Struggling to pass the puzzle pieces between them while their heads were enclosed, Marvin and Frankie ended up dropping one piece.

Changing their tactics, the campmates worked together by putting all the pieces on a mirror while Marvin tried to find the correct pieces

As they finished the Trial, Dec said: ‘Four out of a possible 10 then. Not bad going considering at 9 and a half minutes in you had one and you ended up with four!’
Dec then confirmed: ‘You can now only find a maximum of five stars.’

‘Josie, bit much for you, that?’
Josie said: ‘I am like, petrified of spiders. I was hoping I might be able to get rid of that fear. But because they’re coming at you from behind I just didn’t know what it was’.
Social media users immediately rushed to support Josie after she quit the terrifying trial and confronted one of her biggest fears.
One said: ‘As a fellow SEVERE arachnophobe, Josie was so brave to stay in there for as long as she did. Nothing to be ashamed of, I could never.’
Viewers noted she was ‘genuinely petrified’ as another added: ‘I would have done the same as Josie ngl I’m terrified of spiders.
‘She’s a champ for lasting how long she did !! The team did amazing !! 4/10 better than nothing.’
