Australia’s richest garbo Ian Malouf has offloaded an amazing beachfront property on Sydney’s northern beaches for a whopping $25million.
Located in ritzy Palm Beach, 43km from the CBD, the resort-style pad features seven bedrooms, four bathrooms and water views.
Malouf, who sold his waste management service Dial-a-Dump for $577million in 2018, bought the sprawling residence in 2021 for a reported $20million.
The home is under contract and the sale is yet to be settled, reports The Daily Telegraph.
Malouf listed the property, called ‘Moondoggie’, last year at about the same time he listed the neighbouring home, ‘Gidget’, which is yet to find a buyer.
