Hugh Sheridan has revealed his connection to missing Sydney man Luke Davies and issued a public plea for help find him.
Qantas flight attendant Luke and his boyfriend, former Channel 10 presenter Jesse Baird, have both been missing since Monday, and were last spotted in Sydney suburb Paddington.
Celebrity-blogger-turned-constable Beau Lamarre-Condon, 29, was wanted for questioning by police after his ex-boyfriend Mr Baird, 26, and his new partner Luke Davies, 29, vanished. He gave himself up to detectives on Friday morning.
Amid the major investigation, Australian actor Hugh, 38, took to his Instagram Stories to share an impassioned plea to the public for help finding the couple.
The Packed to the Rafters star revealed he is friends with Mr Davies as he shared a selfie of them both together alongside an emotional message in a series of posts.

He first re-shared a social media post from NSW Police Force asking for help to find Mr Davies and added the caption: ‘Please help find my friend, I’m so worried.’
He added in a second poignant post: ‘Beautiful Luke. We’re all thinking of you, your family and angels.
‘I pray wherever you are right now you are not in fear. A sweeter heart than yours would be very hard to find.’
Mr Davies, 29, and Mr Baird, 26, have both been missing since Monday, and chilling CCTV footage, taken on the night they disappeared, shows them entering the back terrace of Mr Baird’s AUS$3 million (£1.56 million) terrace home. Police believe this is the last time they were seen.
Police hold grave concerns for the couple’s safety after a significant amount of blood was discovered in Mr Baird’s Paddington townhouse. Their belongings were found dumped in a skip bin in Cronulla just after 11am on Wednesday.
Constable Lamarre-Condon, who was wanted for questioning by police, vanished in the wake of the two men disappearing after telling his bosses he was going on sick leave and turning his phone off.

On Friday morning, Daily Mail Australia revealed Lamarre-Condon’s phone had shown signs of life after having been switched off for hours.
Police later revealed that the constable had presented himself to police at Bondi Police Station shortly after 10.30am on Friday.
A spokesman added: ‘The man will be transferred to Waverley Police station where investigations will continue.’
NSW Police had launched a city-wide search for a white van that the celebrity chaser was believed to have been driving.
Police raided a home in Balmain connected with Lamarre-Condon’s family late on Thursday night.
Having previously rubbed shoulders with the likes of Kim Kardashian, Selena Gomez, and Miley Cyrus on the red carpet of the Golden Globes, Constable Lamarre joined New South Wales’ police force in 2019.
‘Detectives are looking at a line of inquiry that a third person may be able to assist with the investigation,’ a police statement said on Wednesday.

‘Police are currently trying to locate him. Detectives will continue to look at all past relationships and associations.’
Mr Baird and Mr Davies went missing from the TV producer’s $3million rental home in Paddington on Monday.
Mr Davies, 29, was with Mr Baird, 26 – but the pair then vanished and Mr Davies’ family have been unable to contact him.
CCTV footage of the couple’s last known whereabout shows them entering Mr Baird’s home late on Monday night.
The men were captured wandering outside before heading towards the back of the terrace. A white van is then seen driving nearby.
Neither of the pair have been seen since, however Mr Baird’s phone appeared to have last been active on WhatsApp on Tuesday evening.
A manhunt was launched after a pile of the couple’s bloodied clothes was found in a large skip bin in the centre of Cronulla in Sydney’s south at around 11am on Wednesday.

Police have seized CCTV of the couple’s last known movements outside Mr Baird’s Paddington terrace on Monday night
Mr Baird worked with Studio 10 for three years, but left his producer/presenter role with the show in January when it was axed by the network late last year.
He had previously worked as a producer/presenter with Ten’s Totally Wild! show for four years as well as a seven-month stint hosting Gamify! for the network in 2019.
Police earlier issued a statement appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
‘Possessions belonging to 29-year-old Luke Davies and another man were found just after 11am on Wednesday in a skip-bin on Wilbar Avenue, Cronulla,’ said police.
‘Following inquiries, officers attached to Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command attended a home in Brown Street, Paddington, about 1pm on Wednesday.
‘After entering the property, officers immediately established a crime scene.
‘Police then attended Luke’s home in Waterloo, but he has not been located and his disappearance is being treated as suspicious.’

The statement added: ‘Investigators are now trying to determine the location of a 26-year-old man, who they believe can assist with inquiries.
‘Information indicates Luke was in Paddington on Monday. He has not been seen since, his family have been unable to contact him and he has not been at work.
‘Luke is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 170cm-175cm tall with a medium build, brown hair and brown eyes. It’s not known what he was wearing at the time.
‘Police are appealing for anyone with information about Luke’s whereabouts – or who may have information relevant to the investigation – to contact Waverley Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.’
