The Australian actor, 57, posted a photo and video to Instagram, gushing over his new partner after she performed a Christmas concert at Café Carlyle in New York.
But it would seem some followers are still sour over his split from ex-wife Deborra-Lee Furness in 2023, as several people took to the comments to slam the star.

‘That’s embarrassing, Hugh! We used to think you were cool. What a disappointment,’ someone else commented.
‘Lost all respect for him,’ added one, while several others commented: ‘Team Deb.’Â
However, despite the critical messages, an overwhelming number of people shared their support for the new couple.

Sutton supported Hugh at the premiere of his latest film Song Song Blue during AFI Fest at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles, California, on October 26.
The pair looked very much in love, with their arms wrapped around one another as they posed for photographers.
Hugh suited up for the occasion in a black suit and tie, while his girlfriend wowed in a low-cut black satin dress.
