An insider told the publication that Nicole will be jumping back into the dating pool with very little patience for 'time wasters'.

'She knows what she likes now and she's not afraid to only aim for what she believes she is worth,' they said.

The source added that Nicole had some stringent requirements for a potential new love interest, including a 'no actor' policy.

They did, however, add that the Babygirl star would entertain another romance with a music industry beau as she enjoyed being on the 'fringe of Keith's entirely different world'.

It was also suggested that the trait that Nicole is looking for most in a man is 'kindness'.

Children are okay, too, as long as they are close in age to Nicole's daughters Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15.

Last year Jessica Simpson said she has one dating non-negotiable: they've got to be a good kisser

'A kind guy who is clean, sober, successful, and won't turn into a broke beta-male cling-on and [she] doesn't mind if he's got kids, but ideally doesn't want them to be any younger than her daughters.'

The source also claimed that 'virility' was a very important trait for Nicole's new man to possess.

Regardless of Nicole's dating prerequisites, potential beaus will still have to run the gamut of Nicole's close and protective circle of friends for final approval.

'Nicole's leaving the bulk of the vetting to her circle of friends,' the source said.

'She refuses to even have coffee with someone unless they've been personally recommended to her by a friend she implicitly trusts.'

Last year, singer Jessica revealed was ready to date following her split from ex Eric Johnson.

However, she said at the time she has one non-negotiable: they've got to be a good kisser.

Speaking with Jenna Bush Hager on Today, the star said that she is 'slightly terrified' of getting back out there.

But when it comes to what she's looking for in a man, she told Bush Hager: 'My type of person is one-of-a-kind.

'I don't have, like, a look or anything like that.

'I just like for somebody to be individually who they are and exude confidence without the ego.'

She continued: 'I feel like it's out there, and I don't need somebody to be supportive of me all the time.

'I feel like the independence I have right now, if I can have that and give it to someone else, that would be cool.'

Jessica announced her split from Eric, with whom she shares three kids with, early last year.

The two had been married since 2014 and together since 2010.

Prior to her marriage to former NFL player Eric, Jessica was married to fellow singer Nick Lachey from 2002 to 2006.

Although Pretty Little Liars actress (not confirmed), she previously opened up about her non-negotiables in dating.

Appearing on the Broad Ideas With Rachel Bilson podcast in 2023, she said: 'After my last relationship ended, I had all these non-negotiables, which some people might call way too picky, but I just have these standards and I refuse to believe that that's not out there.

'And so I've been single for so long because… they don't have this, and I've just had to be really patient.

'I definitely have an open mind to… dating someone different as well. But it's more I just fall back to the self-respect and self-worth that I have now that I didn't have earlier in my life.'

Lucy Hale previously revealed one of her biggest turn-ons. She said: 'You know what turns me all the way up and on? When people ask questions!'

She continued: 'I have put a lot of work into myself, and so someone who's completely aware of themselves and knows their strengths and their weaknesses, that's so important to me. Someone who's not self-aware, bye. Take yourself, there's the door.

'He has to be funny. It's like, it kills me. It's my biggest, like, slayer. Like, f—ing make me laugh and I will pull down my pants.'

'I haven't really had rules with dating. I've dated all the way up to 52 — [from] 27 to 52.

'I'm 33 and I feel like I'll probably end up with someone around my age or older, just because of the non-negotiables. I feel like a lot of people in that older age bracket will meet those.

'He was a young 52. I loved it. No bulls–t, almost.'

One of her biggest turn-ons, she explained: 'You know what turns me all the way up and on? When people ask questions!

'How many times are you with someone and you're like, "They're only asking me questions because they want to answer it" or they straight up don't ask you anything.

'I think this all circles back to not being aware. Someone who can read the room and are sensitive to other people's emotions, f–king hot. I'll marry you today. But it's rare.

'I find it in women all the time. I think in women, because we are more empathetic, or sensitive. I guess I just like sensitive dudes. You don't need to cry… someone who's not afraid to tap into all the different layers of themself.'

In 2021, SKIMS founder Kim detailed the qualities she is looking for in a future partner after her marriage to .

On the series finale of , filmed prior to her divorce filing, Kim revealed her hopes to be in a relationship with someone who enjoyed working out with her and who also loved watching the same TV shows she did.

On what she is seeking now, she told her mother: ''I have the extravagant, everything you could possibly imagine... But... I think I'm ready for the smaller experiences'.

And while Kim, who is now dating F1 star Lewis Hamilton, admitted she initially felt fulfilled living with just their four children, that all changed when she turned 40 and started to reassess her values.

'I've lived up to my expectations and achieved ten times more than I even thought was humanly possible. But I don't have a life to share that with.

'Like, I do. Obviously, my kids and everything. But am I just gonna sit here and think, "Okay, my kids fulfill me and I'm good?"

Back in 2020, Gary Lineker's brother Wayne was criticised online after revealing a bizarre list of criteria for his future girlfriend - which includes 'giving up her career, having no children, being able to cook and loving R&B'

The list was posted to the club owner's Instagram account with the hashtag 'banter' but sparked criticism on social media from followers disgusted with Wayne's demands

Father-of-four Wayne has been married once and has had several girlfriends, but is thought to have been single since his 2018 split from ex-fiancée Danielle Sandhu in 2018, who was 31 years his junior.

Wayne hit back at haters who criticised a video shared of him picking which 'dream doll' to take on a date at his club in Ibiza - and knocking the rejected women in the pool by their chests.

Following the criticism of his criteria, Wayne added to his message: 'This post is purely tongue in cheek banter.'

Taking to Instagram the day before, Wayne wrote: 'So, my family have decided I need a girlfriend for my own sanity and health...so here’s my criteria.

'OK, let’s start this off like I’m normal: strong, nice, and loving personality. Now to more important things:

'You must like older men but only me...You have to be a worldly and above 30 (OK, 28 or 29 could work) but not my age as that would just look weird.

'You must like to travel and to fly business class and stay in incredible hotels. Be prepared to give up your career or job or at least be able to work from a laptop on a tropical beach somewhere.

'You will need to spend the summer in Ibiza and the winter in Dubai with two weeks in the UK for Christmas and New Year with the families and holidays to the Maldives.'

The club owner then explained that any potential love interest should come without children because his 'are all grown up'. However, he added that 'a dog is acceptable' if they have a passport.

He continued: 'You must be able to cook as I love cooking, especially Waitrose ready made meals. You also don’t need to be verified I can sort that for you.

'House music and R&B lovers only. No heavy rock or pop music. You must like Netflix especially Money Heist and also real crime. No chick flicks, watch them with your mates.

'You need to be confident enough to be able to go to the front of the queue in nightclubs and accept a table and free drinks from the owners.'

Wayne insisted that any girlfriends should have a driving license to share his Bentley and a future 'Lamborghini Jeep' purchase.

He also refused to consider any women who have shared teeth whitening posts, appear on OnlyFans, or dating websites, and who are 'boring' or bad at geography.

'You must love the gym, healthy food and have body definition as I will have soon,' he added. 'Accept and love my children and grandchildren and realise no more kids for me.. (never say never though).

'You must be able to let my PA book all yours and our flights and purchase items online for you. You must be able to accept my friends as I will accept yours, and accept I have to reply to girls direct messages and not just guys.'
