Honey Ross Gets Birthday Tribute from Boyfriend Gav

' new boyfriend Gav Murphy has paid tribute to her on her 29th birthday on Tuesday as he shared a series of sexy snaps to Instagram. 

The daughter of TV presenter struck up a romance with the video producer, 40, last year. 

Now Gav has shared a number of loved-up photos of the couple from the last few months as they visited Disney World and dressed up for together. 

He also captured Honey flashing her red lace lingerie under a leopard print dress and looking amazing in a plunging burgundy top as she enjoyed a glass of wine in a pub.

 Honey also showed off her famous curves in a pair of trendy red and white gingham cropped trousers and a white top as she leaned on a wooden fence. 

The couple looked happy as the influencer planted a kiss on Gav's cheek in another photo as he gushed she is 'perfect'. 

He penned: 'Penblwydd Hapus to the silliest billy in the business. You are perfect'. 

The pair celebrated their first Valentine's Day earlier this month as they enjoyed a romantic date night together.

The couple made their first red carpet appearance together in August, as they attended the UK Gala screening of film, Caught Stealing.

Since then, Honey has shared a number of loved-up snaps of them together to her social media, while Gav is often found publicly gushing over his girlfriend in the comments.

Several of her recent glamorous snaps see him sweetly penning: 'Such a beauty', 'WOW.' and 'Perfect girl ❤️'.

While on Valentine's Day, the pair headed out for a romantic meal, with Gav sharing a snap of his stunning partner with the caption: 'Oh come on now' with a heart-eyed emoji.

And he publicly showed his adoration for her during a trip to Disneyland in Florida last year, by proudly sporting a T-shirt emblazoned with her name 'HONEY ROSS'.

While he appears to have received the seal of approval from Honey's parents, Jonathan and Jane, who could be seen posing with the couple in a snap at Disneyland, wearing matching Mickey Mouse-themed accessories.

Gav is known for his video production company and YouTube channel, RKG, which he hosts with pals Daniel Krupa and Rory Powers and sees them playing video games.

Interestingly, Jonathan is known for being an avid gamer, and established his own studio, Hotsauce Interactive, which has created mobile games like Catcha Catcha Aliens.

Passionate about the industry and a keen collector, he previously collaborated with Microsoft Studios and has contributed voice work to games like Fable and Halo.

Gav has even mentioned his girlfriend's famous father on his gaming channel, most recently in a Q&A video in December.

He recalled an embarrassing moment where Jonathan had Googled him to find his birthdate only to discover his unflattering nickname.

Referencing his romance with Honey, he said: 'This year, I got a new girlfriend and it is quite interesting, her parents being the most online parents I've ever had to deal with.

'I remember she got a text from her dad going because I think we were going away and he had to look up the date of my birth. He searched for Gav Murphy RKG online and the first thing came up as "The Grotmeister". 

'And then he started texting me as the Grot going like, "Do put Grotmeister on the airport thing?" I saw the text come through and I was just like, argh that just changes lots of things now, doesn't it?'

However, Gav added: 'Luckily he's quite grotty so it's fine.'

The comedian shared his detest of grooming while speaking on the Parenting Hell podcast, saying: 'Do you think I give enough of a s**t about anything to bother spending any extra time on grooming whatsoever?

'I resent the fact that I have to shower. I sometimes go at least a week without showering - at least. So does Jane sometimes. We're like a couple of hamsters in their own straw in that bed.'

Revealing when the last time he showered was, Jonathan said: 'It was yesterday. Why bother doing it two days in a row, what's wrong with you? I didn't do any exercise.'

He even confessed he once went two weeks without washing in the Florida heat because he thought he'd been in a swimming pool - but then discovered he still smelled badly.

He added: 'When we were on holiday - we have a place over in Florida - because it's sunny and I'm jumping in and out the swimming pool, I probably didn't shower properly for two weeks.

'And I had a smell under my right armpit, and I thought "That's bad, I better get rid of that". So I had a shower, it didn't go. Had another one, it didn't go. 

'I'm not making this up. I had to shave the hair off my armpit to get rid of it. It was so ingrained. I just did the one. Why would you do two? The other one was still fresh. I favour one, so the right arm was doing all the work.'

However, he did say sometimes if he decides to have a bath he will shower just before, so that he's not sat in filthy water and dead skin.

He said: 'The other extreme though is I sometimes shower before having a bath. That's the Japanese way.'

Explaining why, he added 'because you're lying in what's coming off your body so why would you bathe first and lie in the debris?'

Prior to finding love with Honey, Gav was in a relationship with artist Clara Sinclair, with whom he adopted his beloved pet chihuahua, Coco.

While Honey previously dated Zane Saz for several years, with the musician who appearing alongside her and dad Jonathan on Celebrity Gogglebox.

Prior to her romances with Gav and Zane, she previously wrote an article for The Times Style mag detailing the difficulties she's faced in her dating life as a plus size woman, claiming she has often been 'oversexualised' or 'desexualised' by men.

The body image activist revealed that men frequently slid into her DMs to try to chat her up, but would never publicly admit to being attracted to her because she's 'fat'.

She explained that many men who message and follow her online would never talk to her in front of their friends because of her size, even if they were complimentary in private messages - branding their desire for larger bodies 'their dirty secret'. 

Honey wrote about the unspoken pressure to that she felt for a long time, but she now believes her curves are her secret power to sort the good men from the bad - adding she is now 'punching higher than she used to' when looking for a partner.

'Whether it's swiping right or sliding into my Instagram DMs, I get a lot of sexual attention,' she wrote in the 2020 piece.

'Strangers and mutuals alike are privately trying to get my attention. But note the word "privately": most of these men who message and follow me would never publicly like or comment on my pictures.

'Their desire for fat bodies is their dirty secret, hidden in inboxes across the world.' 

The activist and producer explained that has often been oversexualised by men 'to the point of fetish' and faced 'violently sexual opening lines', including 'you're edible' and 'I'm skinning you'.

She also wrote that fellow larger women have gone through similar experiences, and that plus-size women dating have to juggle the opinion they have of themselves as well as their partner's and society's opinion. 

Honey shared that during dates she was often 'reduced to her frame' when men spoke about her, with various companions proclaiming they prefer to date larger women and don't find thin women attractive.

While she said her dating profile used to read 'fatter in person' as a self-deprecating joke, and realised recently that other people had been doing the same as a kind of 'warning' to fellow app users. 

Honey added that, being friends with predominantly thin women, she used to struggle with seeing the nice responses they would get online compared to what people said about her.

While she said her thin pals were 'horrified' when they found out the sheer volume of unpleasant messages Honey receives.

She concluded by revealing she has given herself permission to no longer settle for 'dehumanising crumbs'.
